I have pcos and was suffering from severe hairfall and since we are outside India the hairfall doubled as it was chlorinated water. Soak fenugreek seeds for 24 hours. Strain the seeds.
Use the water on your head. Spread evenly and keep it in your hair for 2 min.( Anyhting longer can give you a stiff neck).
Wash off. Repeat for 21 days to stop hairfall.
*** Take good water with no salt or chlorine content to soak tge fenugreek seeds.
