The guy Japanese VA in this video is the same as Kevin Kaslana ( HI3 ) VA, the 12 sword are similar with 12 Herrschers or maybe in this case 12 divine keys

The blades are a reference to HI3rd herrschers. Spoilers for everyone who didnt get the HI3rd references:
There are 14 god-like beings in HI3rd called herrschers each with control over a concept, each meant as an agent of the honkai to destroy humanity, but after a certain special event, some ended up defecting and helping humanity instead. The swords' names and abilities here refer to them and their concepts/ authorities:
Truth = herrscher of reason/ Truth (Welt Joyce and Welt Yang [reason], Bronya Zaychik [truth])
Sky = Herrscher of the Void (sirin/ Kiana Kaslana)
Howling = Herrscher of Thunder (raiden mei)
Mist = Herrscher of wind (wendy)
Frost = Herrscher of Ice (ana schariac)
Fate= herrscher of death/ rebirth (seele Vollerei)
Flare = herrscher of flame/ flamescion (kiana kaslana)
Thought= herrscher of sentience (senti)
Root = herrscher of the star/ rock (owl)
Form = herrscher of domination (1001 individuals forming a hive mind)
Bind = herrscher of binding (otto apocalypse? Became more than just a herrscher but still had that authority)
Maw = herrscher of corruption (sentient digital supervirus)

@@Reybreum i highly recommend it if you are willing to read. Its story is really good, and its characters are honestly the best. Each one is really well fleshed out and well written, tho u might nees to watch some vids on the lore of some of the charas like the ones from captainverse as their stories were mainly told through a series of events forming a completely separate story which we dub the captainverse.
Also, if u havent seen the animated shorts, i highly recommend them, they are for the finales of story arcs, but they hit very differently with and without context.

Acheron is Raiden Mei or I should say HSR version of Raiden Mei... Besically corrupted monster came to her planet and invaded, they forged 12 Sentinel to fight them... but in the end they all broke/died... so they used part of the 12 blade to make 2 more powerful blade... then during the final battle She defeated them.... but the "lie" was in the end there's no happy ending just Nothingness as everyone is dead... so she embraced the Nihility...
