Something of note. Whilst The Maiden wields Origin, there is no wielder, of End. It is simply power, and destruction, thrust into the world. Also, Acheron's sword isn't Origin. It's the blade forged from Origin and End's shattered remains. From the world Izumo, The Maiden later know as Acheron, alone, surpassed The End.
In my opinion, there is no Kiana in that world who can wield the power of the End, so it just corrupts people around it, so Archeon who is the wielder of Origin has to battle it out to decide who can save their world ( Literally said in the trailer only one can save the world ), but in the end both were shattered since one can't exist without the other like the two side of a coin, their world were doomed under the IX's influence, so Archeon sacrificed her Oni power ( losing the horns ) and the life of all the deceased ( the red blood ) to reforge " Naught ", which contains the power of the underworld ( those red flowers that sprout around her feet resembles those underworld flowers ).

Kevin was to be a sacrifice to end the Kami/Honkai, but IX showed up as "Naught" and wiped clean the entire thing.
It would be mean that this would be an bubble universe alternate of Dr.Mei then since the one we have on HI3rd had a very weak body especially after using the suit

IX is literally a sentient supermassive blackhole (Aeons are bigger than galaxies) that can absorb and unmake absolutely everything, including memories. In fact you don't even need to be close to it, looking at it even if it's through a memory (like what happened to Black Swan) is enough. So yeah IX can probably solo HI3rd
Aeons are a whole different breed. They're probably equal or higher than the Imaginary tree and are closer to finding the bigger cosmology. Heck, Aha climbed the Imaginary Tree to become an Aeon of Elation
IX swallowed Izumo. Acheron turned into a self-annihilator/emanator while in IX's shadow. The blade of Origin turned to Naught. This just confirms her as Emanator of Nihility.
Apparently if you gaze upon IX, either one of two things will happen. Either you get obliterated into dust, or you survive and become an eminemanator of nihility and you have no choice in the matter
Self-annihilators are victims of nihility. They basically progressively lost something be it the body, memories, or existence. That's why some self-annihilators decides to fight it back and turn against the Nihility before being "Naught". With this, I don't really like calling them emanators. While they are directly influenced by IX, they're basically just victims of the Nihility and had no other choice on the matter.
@@gilgagimmickkingofheroes6416 at the end Mei/Acheron give up LIFE and embrace Nihility to became NAUGHT. That why she became an emanator and the self annihilator are not emanator of Nihility.
I would like to point out, that in general, it is already pretty well established that the Aeons are beyond the Herrschers in scale and power. The Herrschers are, generally, around the level of an Emanator, to my knowledge. With the notable exception of Finality, whom is simply THE conduit of Honkai, and could possibly be on the same scale as, if not higher than, the Aeons.
Herrscher authorities are pieces from shadow of Finality, that descent upon real world through set of higher dimensions, difference in dimensionality is so big that those pieces are turning into authorities and also CoF's will deteriorating so much, that it becomes chaotic malice, aimed directly at civilization. So yeah, ordinary Herrschers are weaker than aeons, but beings like CoF, HoFin Kiana, Prime Kevin, PE HoFin are arguably higher on dimensional scale than aeons (since AoF said to exist above all dimensions of Imaginary Tree)
@@nesqux7934 Like you said, different level of authority will also effect their power scale, those twelve mentioned here doesn't mean they are the same as the herrecher in HI3, those power are from authority or universal laws, ( like fire, water wind thunder are elements which exist across the entire universe), but surely most Aeons are more powerful than most herrechers, but I agree herrecher like Kiana, Elysia or even Sirin are not too far from Aeons in term of power.
The Cocoon is nowhere near that powerful, like you said, just a conduit for Honkai, only able to affect one world at a time, and its influence doesn't reach beyond the solar system it currently resides in. Also, APHO pretty much implies that the Sky People would be able to devour it along with all the Honkai stored within the Moon, if we didn't intervene. Meanwhile, we know of Emanators who are able to destroy galaxies by themselves. Let that sink in.
@@nesqux7934 That's just nonsense. We already know Aeons and their Paths are universal throughout the Imaginary Tree. The Cocoon is bound to a single planet at a time, and its sphere of influence seems to be very limited, as evidenced by the fact that Honkai doesn't even seem to be common knowledge throughout the IPC space.
@@temporaryvideos364 1) Cocoon isn't limited by anything, it was never stated in the game, it exists above all dimensions and is unreachable from SoQ and IT (both statements directly from the game ch 32-35 and indirectly through 1st arc of 1.5). 2) Confirmed 38000+ leafs destroyed in a span of ≈1000 years via Su's observations, all of them lost to honkai, and were destroyed by the same entity, that Flame Chasers fought in PE. 3) Kiana confirmed as a being, that exists above imaginary barriers, that separates leafs, and her authority is confirmed to transcend all dimensions(stated it in 1st and 2nd arcs of 1.5) 4) Otto's feats alone >>> everything shown in HSR so far. Too bad, that the beast, which appeared in plane of Imaginary tree, will obliterate any emanator through sheer difference in dimensional scale. 5) aeons are beings made of Imaginary energy, they bound to a certain path and are unable to transcend it, essentially slaves under the rule of IT. Why is it sounds so similar to False-God Otto's case... I could add more, but this is more than enough to debunk what you said earlier. So, unless Mihoyo officially confirms that CoF is weaker than aeons, CoF will remain as a strongest eldritch entity in current hoyoverse.

Bro, I am so happy you're going crazy over the EN VA. Her performance with the final part of the video was amazing. Allegra Clark was the best choice for this defeated version of Mei.
My interpretation of the story. The two planets at war were always orbiting the black sun, which was the Aeon of Nihility, IX. They fought a pointless war for many amber era, eventually ending with Acheron being the only survivor, only to realize that the two planets were always going to be destroyed/swallowed by the black sun IX, and it was all pointless. Acheron somehow survived the encounter with IX, and thus gained her Emanator status.
The moral of this story is, everything they did was meaningless. There were 2 planets at war, fighting for it's survival. These 2 planets didn't orbit a sun, but a black hole. This meant that no matter who won, in the end it was meaningless. The fate of the planet was to be swallowed up by the black hole. So it lost its meaning, similair to how nihility means that there is no meaning. This is what made Acheron the emanator of Nihility. By learning the truth of the world, all those warriors who lost their lives in the creation of the 12 blades, the 2 new ones forged from them. All of it was meaningless, and thus the final blade Acheron currently wields "Naught" being an innuendo for Nihility, is what makes her an emenator
DUDE. I realized this just now, after Island's video about the connection with Raiden Mei!!! In this trailer Acheron said: "Because of a Lie. An *END* that never existed." Before this phrase the trailer shows us The End(Finality) blade which have no wielder. And it's possessed by the local Honkai/Stellaron. It clearly shows that there was no owner for the authority of Finality. Someone like Kiana never existed in Acheron's world. So Acheron had to destroy The End. That's so sad! But why?..
Just a thing of note; When they specifically mention the splintering of blades, I don't think they are literally talking about the weapons. Cause near the end, when the Maiden is talking, they put life in parenthesis after blade. Meaning it's not, 70,033 weapons were forged into 12 sentinels. But rather, 70,033 lives were given to forge the 12 sentinels. And at the end, when they state what was needed for the final blade, it isn't 70,047 weapons were forged to form the blade that will save us. But rather, 70,047 lives were given to forge the final weapon of their world's fight, Naught. Nothing. 70,047. For nothing.
I literally had to rewatch the trailer because I was freaking out so much when I noticed they were going through the Herrschers that I didn't pay attention to anything going on lol
A shame UD didn't read the description. It goes into further detail (even if only slightly) on all the weapons, and gives details on the ones that were only briefly shown, like Flare.

for those that don't know, there are 2 living worlds going around the black hole. the first one is considered a paradise planet, better than Acheron's home planet. But the paradise planet was invaded by aliens through portal (due to that civilisation trying to create teleport system to other part of the galaxy as normal means of escaping black hole by normal space is impossible) and fell. After it fell, the aliens went after Archeron's home planet. Only when Acheron destroyed these 2 planets that enough energy is create to create the portal that go opposite direction which she can escape through finality path (1 time).

12 Blades forged from the bodies of slain Kami, all shattered in the final war. Izumo used them to forge Origin and End. In a final battle between them, both the Blades broke and, Izumo forged Naught from the remains of Origin and End along with the life force of the last being alive on it (Acheron). The Statement that the other planet was, in eons past, the same paradis as Izumo, hints at the fact that the Kamis were not mindless beasts, but were running from their fate of being consumed by IX. They came to Izumo and met retaliation. Acheron, possessing the power of a whole world behind her, sent a stike using Naught against IX in denial of its apathy, backed by her whole civilization. It was useless, as IX consumed both of the planets and rendered the thousands of years of war and history, meaningless.

so...this is an "if" situation, but when origin and finality fought each other, it will produce naught, so if the stories in honkai end with either mei or kiana kill each other, it will create this"naught", damn
but in Star Rail it was Mei and Kevin that fought against each other (which is the same VA in JP and CN trailer narrating)

The blade is neither, it’s simply nihility
No Elysia too tho it seems..... Unless March 7th counts lol
@@yeojiherrscherofdepression3645 There's definitely no Elysia. Elysia herself is a completely unique entity. There is only one of her in the entirety of the multiverse. There may be other people like her, but she is the *only* Elysia.

Killing Kami(Honkai) and forging Edge(Keys) to fight them. That is Previous Era. VA is Kevin. Caelus reminds her of a man she crossed blades with. Thinking that is Kevin as End. I think this is Dr. MEI, not Raiden Mei. She became a MANTIS or whatever their equivalent is instead of Kevin. This also explains her memory problems, as a MANTIS she has the same problem Fu Hua had, where her years go far beyond what the mind can carry, and without Fenghuang Down, she can't hold onto all of them. Kevin was to be a sacrifice to end the Kami/Honkai, but IX showed up as "Naught" and wiped clean the entire thing.
nah its not confirmed when her reminds caelust/stelle
@@danstern102 I did use the words "thinking" and "I think" so yeah its a theory. Didn't say it as a fact.
It would be mean that this would be an bubble universe alternate of Dr.Mei then since the one we have on HI3rd had a very weak body especially after using the suit
I think its still Raiden Mei cause she experiment elysian realm and said Penacony is similar to a previous expérience. If you choose Stelle, you remind her Kiana (freebas in HSR). That made this trailer with the info we already have like the suggestions toward ennemis Yae give her during elysian realm she repeat to us word for word close Raiden Mei at 10000000%.
It's just a fanservice reference, Acheron's story has nothing to do with HI3...
They're not actually herrschers, and they're not fighting Honkai.
3:15 NOT JUST ANY MOTIF, IT’S HONKAI WORLD DIVA
Love the way its motifs are used throughout the trailer.
Bonus points for the scene of Acheron standing in the broken, bloodied city, a clear reference to the mv that accompanied Honkai World Diva.
And at the same time, the black hole in the fallen city ALSO seems a clear reference to Raiden Ei's Plane of Euthemya in Genshin.
Same
The ending could also referencing Elysian Realm and how Acheron has all the memories and proof of izumo existence
I might be wrong but when they showed the diffrent swords, the music played is a highly remixed orchestral version of Mei's theme (Honkai World Diva/Diva of disruptive world). You can clearly hear the main corus melody after the "Life and Death" sword/ when they show the fire sword...
The VA for both CN and JP are literally Kevin's VA for the trailer.
I thought I was hallucinating at first but then I saw it again at 6:09, I swear that’s the reburn mecha. It’s also seen later destroyed when Acheron is falling from the sky
The end is a famous Haiku by the poet Kobayashi Issa, The World of Dew. (露の世は 露の世ながら さりながら) The CN lines are the exact translation quoted, JP, EN KR I believe are rewritten somewhat but the "and yet" part is so distinctive :>
The first divine key (aka Void Archive) is called Key of Revelation.
HoR's PRI ARM name is Domain of Revelations as well
It's a literally alternative ending of hi3
them putting an orchestral iteration of honkai world diva is crazy i knew others joked ab that happening and i did too but i cant believe they actually referenced thee mei theme 😭😭
Fun fact ,the male voice in jp and cn is also the voice of the kevin in HI3.
This was a good trailer, also UD commenting on Allegra's voice acting at the end lol
Heck, Aha climbed the Imaginary Tree to become an Aeon of Elation
emanators can solo hi3rd, no need for aeons
@@gilgagimmickkingofheroes6416 Huh, where was this mentioned? Cause I'd like to read it thoroughly cause this seems very interesting

@@temporaryvideos364
1) Cocoon isn't limited by anything, it was never stated in the game, it exists above all dimensions and is unreachable from SoQ and IT (both statements directly from the game ch 32-35 and indirectly through 1st arc of 1.5).
2) Confirmed 38000+ leafs destroyed in a span of ≈1000 years via Su's observations, all of them lost to honkai, and were destroyed by the same entity, that Flame Chasers fought in PE.
3) Kiana confirmed as a being, that exists above imaginary barriers, that separates leafs, and her authority is confirmed to transcend all dimensions(stated it in 1st and 2nd arcs of 1.5)
4) Otto's feats alone >>> everything shown in HSR so far.
I could be overthinking this, but the Sentinel of Fate at 9:05 really gave me Blade vibes. Not only the color scheme of the ‘death’ half, but also the way it flipped upside down like his ult.
It should probably give you seele vibes: the white blue and the Black Red blades?
@@dukuganryu7043 that too, it’s the flip that really made me think Blade. Would be interesting if the Mara (or something else about Blade we don’t know yet) had to do with it. Unlikely tho lmao.

Bro, I am so happy you're going crazy over the EN VA. Her performance with the final part of the video was amazing. Allegra Clark was the best choice for this defeated version of Mei.
apparently in the JP version, the male VA is Kevin's JP VA. So yeah, Origin vs Finality.
1:45 in the Japanese trailer it's Kevin's voice actor
The music from 1:29 is a remix of Diva of Disruptive World in HI3!! that's Mei's ost!
As well as the Honkai World Diva motifs, when they show Flame, there’s a Nightglow motif.
Same with Void
Is it just me or do the first couple of notes of "nightglow" play at 13:54 and fade out during the fire sword transition?
In this trailer Acheron said:
"Because of a Lie. An *END* that never existed."
Before this phrase the trailer shows us The End(Finality) blade which have no wielder. And it's possessed by the local Honkai/Stellaron. It clearly shows that there was no owner for the authority of Finality. Someone like Kiana never existed in Acheron's world. So Acheron had to destroy The End.
That's so sad! But why?..
Yes it's Kevin. After we played so much we can't forget him xD
16:14 - EON nilhity be " oh?? what a cute slash ok you be my emanator nilhity because your hot body.."
I literally had to rewatch the trailer because I was freaking out so much when I noticed they were going through the Herrschers that I didn't pay attention to anything going on lol
A shame UD didn't read the description. It goes into further detail (even if only slightly) on all the weapons, and gives details on the ones that were only briefly shown, like Flare.

note that the english translation of herrscher of the void isn't literal, it's technically the "Ruler of the sky" which is why there's a slight naming disconnect between this trailer (which is in english) and the japanese dubbed english subbed Hi3rd
We're eating good with all these references, Shaoji, i just might forgive you for all you've done.
And I was jumping from the start when I heard the JP trailer and went, "That's effing Kevin, it has to be"
its giving if every herrsher went thru with there sacrifice to save humanity like in honkai impact wen kiana went to sacrifice herself then bronya then fu hua, but the sacrifices were in vain and all that remained was origin mei n fanality. and in honkai they did say origin will eventually take fanalities place. so im just saying
for those that don't know, there are 2 living worlds going around the black hole. the first one is considered a paradise planet, better than Acheron's home planet.
Then IX just passing through and say: "Wanna have some depression?"
yes its Kevin VA in JP trailer
I was just reviewing "Will of herrscher" yesterday, and here they show us, ahem, the "second was sky" thing. That's when I choked for the first time.
Is acheron’s home planet a planet that orbits IX? Maybe the eeons power started these herscher phenomenon whic is why she decided to slash the blackhold (maybe ix) at the end
I just noticed this now but when they mentioned life and death there were two swords one white and blue and other black and red... it was really a nice touch...😢
Originally i kind of think that nanook take the place of ‘finality’ in hsr world… but with this it seems to be IX instead (but does this mean Kebin will not appear in hsr world?)

Well, the final blade was called naught which mean Acheron is confirmed to be the emanator of nihility
Seems like slashing at the BLack sun was part of how she became an Emanator. Not surprising if that black sun was a part of Ix
The order of those 12 swords matches the order of the 12 herrscher in honkai impact
I know this is mainly focused on HSR and HI3rd for this trailer but 0:50 sounds alot like heavenly principles who looks alot like Kiana and has the ability to create firmament and prevents "gods" aka "genshin" from passing through.
The interesting part is that it says that at the end we had two blades, Origin (Mei) and End (Finality/Kiana).
If Acheron and Heavenly Principles are the two final blades and Heavenly Principles used her powers to create the firmament and whenever humans went forward they become "oni/end" which is similar to the curse imparted upon by celestia to those who recieve forbidden knowledge or abyssal power or elemental energy to those who arent compatible (Dottore notes from desert and schwanritter text).
In regards to Honkai impact it's been a while since I followed the story so I cant comment much on it :(
omg yesss, I notice all of that too. You are the first person I see commenting on it. I also think that as many similarities Acheron has with Mei she has as well with Ei. Their stories seem to parallel each other with themes of grief and lost. Reminds me of the comment they made in the livestream abt Acheron being able to cook. Seems like a throw off comment but for me it's important bcs they were specifically talking abt her similarities to Mei and made sure to put that comment in there. Mei can cook btw 😂 Ei can't.
