It was the battle between the X 25 and the S2800 that introduced me to Wooly's World, I bought the Husqvarna on the strength of that video, I also bought the Fiskars X 27 another fabulous axe that I do use but the S2800 is always my go to.
@@WoolysWorld Oh well done, I think it will be well suited to you. I just prefer using the S2800, I can swing it a lot longer, miss my aim just as badly and still do as much damage!!!
The husqvarna is 0,5 kg heavier so for splitting like 5 logs ofc it will be easier. The Fiskars being lighter will get you through more without getting tired.

I have an x 27 now

@ianthebastard8128 lol, their all good axes
I have the Husqvarna, it's great all rounder but could do with being 6 inches longer!
Ahreed
What are the weights of these axes?
I don't remember buddy
Nice job, Wooly . Did you do a tactical hoodie commercial?
I did, well I made a video about the hoodie and they turned it into a commercial
I find my Husqvarna 2800 is better suited the straight grain rounds and my Fiskars X25 does better in gnarly grain rounds.
Really, that's interesting, wait until you see the x27!
@@WoolysWorld Looking forward to it sir. I hope you're enjoying it!
@richardsullivan1776i am it's hard to get the hang of , coming from the shorter handles
It's unfortunate that the Husqvarna doesn't come with a longer handle.
Agreed
Needed more closely similar rounds to split. Too much variation from one axe to the other. Otherwise... great video.
Cheers buddy

Good man Bud

Head design and speed of swing is more important than weight.
🤌

Husqvarna is moving out of the U.S. Let them sell the ax and the saws where they build their new factory bye-bye.
Cheers buddy
