i get the feeling this is not his first fight with a Rhino, that looks like an experienced elephant
His tail says it all...
I was thinking the same thing. This was just too easy for the elephant. But, the elephant is the size of a house.
Clearly, plus elephants have strong memory like we do. They learn quite fast.
@@LITTLE1994 I think they even beat us in memory, elephants are known to visit the bones of their dead relatives for the rest of their lives, many humans forget that.
That elephant waited for the rhino to attack and then counter-attacked as the rhino was retreating. That is combat 101 right there, tought in every combat sport.

Especially the young bulls that come into musth too early.
Theres weight classes in fights for a reason 😆
And brain size
Yes “ there are “ 😆
@julienmihawk2568 yes even with humans lol. Weight class has nothing to do with weapons. If I added reinforced metal armour to the rhino then of course it stands a chance. A human stands nonchance against any animal outside of our weight class, unless we cheat with weapons and tools.
There are no weight classes or referees in the wild.
"There are weight classes for a reason"
Classic argument. Weight classes exist because the sports safety boards demanded that weight classes be implemented because they think a subjectively big man fighting a subjectively small man looks "unsafe" (ironic).
Bob Fitzsimmons held 3 boxing titles in his day way back in the late 1800s, he held these titles in the middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight divisions while weighing between 160 to 170 lbs, often his opponents outweighed him by 40 to 50 lbs proving that it isn't physically impossible for the smaller man to succeed. I believe that history often has a way of repeating itself as we have seen time and time again with smaller than average fighters such as 5'10" Mike Tyson who bulldozed the competition in the heavyweight division regardless of how much taller and heavier his opponents were compared to himself.
Seeing a 3000 pound living tank being easily pushed on its side is impressive and terrifying
What's really wild is that the rhino here probably weighed more like *5000* pounds.
@@Gunners_Mate_GunsIt was definitely not an immature rhino. You can he the enormous horn it has. Yet the elephant just dozed it to the ground like it was nothing.

Aggressive rhino? He was acting in self defense. The elephant was bullying him.
@@jcpenny3606 interesting choice of words there. Bullying is a human emotive word. In the animal world it’s words like dominance, submission, territorial, breeding rights etc
that are used. Does my cat bully my dogs for fun or is it dominance or the classic ‘best line of defence is attack’ approach?
@@hawsrulebegin7768 It is bullying regardless of what species it is. The rhino wasn't a threat to the elephant, and there's no excuse for him to do what he did there. It wasn't territorial as there wasn't anything there worth fighting over. I could understand if they were competing over food and water, or if the elephant was outnumbered, but that wasn't the case. They both were on an open field. There's more than enough space for each of them to go about their business without engaging the other.
You should see what the Orcas do to seals. They use them as toys before putting them out of their misery.
@@jcpenny3606 The rhino attacked first, with a head charge. So the bullying idea doesn’t stack up. But you’re approaching this with a human perspective. Animals don’t put others out of their misery. They simply kill.
A bull elephant in musth is super dangerous. Move over lions, the elephant is the real king.
Sadly, I wouldn't be surprised if the rhino died not long after. Its running because of adrenaline. But that wound looked bad. I wouldn't be surprised if it slows down and lays down to die somewhere. The wild certainly isn't like they show on Disney.

The rhino's best chance and probably the only chance to hurt the elephant is by charging at it from 50 yards out and spear the elephant from behind.. @@jcpenny3606 You would be wrong that a rhino can't kill an elephant because of the elephant's skin.
Some years back, I watched a documentary about Asian elephant that featured one of the rangers who had dubbed a large bull "Inspector General" that sadly got gored to death by an angry rhinoceros.
It was and Indian rhino that gored Inspector General, a rhino species a bit smaller than either the white or black rhino that live in Africa.
Also, the Indian rhino has a short and relatively blunt horn compared to the larger and sharper horn on the black rhino, with the white rhino having a considerably longer horn, as well as a shorter horn closer to the head that's still much longer and sharper than the single horn on the Indian rhino.

Rhino 🦏 : You just leave me alone
My boy had everychance to turned around and walk away but he decided to fuck around and find out
I was thinking the same thing. When the rhino charged and the elephant didnt budge, that should have been the rhinos cue to exit the stage. This elephant wasn't just half ass playing. It was going to kill this rhino if it kept on. This rhino had the kind of courage that comes from thinking you can defeat 10 wolves because you defeated 20 sheep. 😂 It doesn't work like that.
Huh, ‘10 wolves and 20 sheep’, well-put.
The elephant was actually calm not angry. Lucky for the rhino.
Elephant was sexually aroused, but rhino was homophobe and didn't consented
Rhino was not very lucky... That big wound on the side caused by the tusk will mean death, maybe within the hour.
Still got stabbed tho
@@napoleondegeso8790And it was even the pride month😂
Lucky? the Rhino got stabbed. You can hear the sound that the tusk pierced through the hide at 36-38 seconds of the video.
Ironically, I’d rather be trapped with an elephant than a rhino.
The elephant might let me reason with it.
Same, it wouldn't be odd for you to become friends.
Elephants are smart, rhinos aren't. Much better odds with a animal that has some logical thinking skills plus elephants do show respect.
Очень грамотный слон. Так виртуозно выбрать момент для контратаки - даже не всякий человек сумел бы. В принципе, бивень носорога - достаточно опасное оружие даже против слона, но вот интеллекта у носорогов в разы меньше.
It was like the breakdown of rhino vs elephant fight
Rhino
Strengths: Speed, 4' horn, very aggressive
Weaknesses: Size disadvantage, poor eyesight, limited intelligence
Elephant
Strengths: Size advantage, 2, 6' tusks, keen eyesight, very intelligent
Weaknesses: None
That pretty much sums up who the winner of this fight will be.
Бивень - это у слона. У носорога - рог
Bull elephant is boss of Africa. If you mess with boss you go down.
I always question the mental state of any animals that isn't naturally terrified of a bull elephant. Even a blind animal can feel the ground vibration.
But the Rhino doesn't really know how big or small he is in comparison.
True. When I work out with very large people I feel large too, and I am surprised to see little me in the mirrors.
@@bertroost1675 Eye level should tell you alot about your opponent !!🐘🦏
rhinos are one of the dumbest animals on Earth.
Funny, I was just remembering a video of a man standing still as a charging bull elephant came at him. The elephant stopped and went away.
The elephant let the rhino go. If it wanted, it could have kept pressing down on the rhino, further stabbing with the tusks.
People underestimate the intelligence on animals, but elephants may not be as smart as chimps or dolphins, but are smart enough to understand and balance a mix of mercy.
Dayum! He squealed like a puppy!
that male elephant was full on testosterone and wasn't gonna deal with no typa shit!!!!! damn!! the rhino unfortunately fucked around and found out
The elephant is the heaviest and strongest land animal, so the rhino didn't stand a chance.
The giraffe is the tallest. But yes the strongest and heaviest land animal awards definately go to the elephant.
Not the tallest
That's correct and we also have good memories , so I will remember what you have said,
it was a small Rhino - so teh elephant was lucky....
No the rhino did have a "chance". Did you see the size of his horn? If he had been able to pierce the elephant first the pain could've been enough to make the elephant retreat or possibly mortally wounded it. He got legit outplayed tho, elephant waited for him to lunge and pushed him down from the side. Was impressive honestly
That wasn't elephant tantrum, its calculated, evaded the rhino horn, once the rhino miss, flip the rhino with its trunk and aim its own tusk to rhino body...
Qui est ici depuis la vidéo de wankil ?
Moiiii
Je l'attendait ce commentaire ^^
I just noticed the elephant is a male in 'must ' which is a term used to describe the male elephant in a highly hormanally charged and aggressive state ; a bull elephants testicles are INSIDE his body because they are so large ,but sperm can only be made at a certain body temperature , so nature cranks up the males body system at certain times , lowering his temperature whilst boosting testosterone levels , he also leaks urine almost constantly, and glands at the side of his head run a pungent smelling fluid (that you can see if you look closely at the vid ) its like having a very large strong and extremely horny animal on hard core steroids ; needless to say elephants in this state are to be avoided at all costs and are lethal if you are unlucky enough to blunder into one, and the poor rihno probably did just that, and knew whether he ran away or fought back he was in a very shitty situation indeed. Those wounds he sustained look wide and deep. The smell of blood carries a good distance in a still hot night . He probably had predators circling him shortly afterwards; his chances of survival don't look good .
Yes he most certainly is in musk and is probably the one who started the fight initially before the recording began.
I don´t think you can speak about that in a non-restricted channel.
I am happy that the White elephant won against the Black rhino. That is how life has always been because it is the will of God.

I doubt he survived more than 15 minutes afterwards...
Coward lions won't dare to attack even a wounded rhino. Maybe when the rhino is taking it's final breath.

Nobody is gonna talk how that elephant waited for an angle of attack to smash the rhino not frontaly but in a slight angle. That way, he could push him and break his balance. Thats how humans fight too

@@williamwallace-m4v No. Average white rhino vs average African elephant wouldn’t end up much differently from what’s shown in this video most of the time.
You’d need to get the largest rhino recorded (which was just about 5 tons) vs the average african elephant to actually make it a fairly close fight. In which case, the elephant would still have a bit of a weight advantage, intelligence advantage, and more versatility, but the rhino would have the deadlier weapon and a bit tougher hide. The most underestimated part of the elephant is just how much weight is sitting directly above their opponents. Just leaning over will kill or maim even the toughest threats.
Anyone who has seen a real angry Elephant would change this video's title immediately.
Did you notice the elephant's foot movements for combat? I was impressed.
Which foot, the fifth in between its legs? Yes it is impressive 🍆
