In this video, Dr. Kyle shares the exact details of his journey in overcoming psoriasis. Having struggled with psoriasis since childhood, He initially relied on steroid creams and conventional medications, but they only provided temporary relief. Then, he made a significant shift in his approach to address the root causes of this condition. The key change was diet. By transitioning to a non-inflammatory eating plan, rich in healthy fats and organic, clean foods, he noticed a remarkable improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being.
Incorporating supplements such as vitamin D3, cod liver oil, albizia herb, and turmeric, further supported his healing process. By following this holistic approach, he experienced a complete transformation, and his psoriasis disappeared within two weeks. Watch this video and learn the details of his natural journey to eliminate psoriasis and achieve lasting health.

Very interesting that I came across this video. I've had psoriasis for 35 years. I've cleared it up completely in under 6 months. Ketogenic diet (well Dr. Eric Berg's version) and cutting out wheat products and sugar and intermittent fasting. I eat homemade sauerkraut every day and take turmeric with my coffee, butter, and ground pepper (which I'm not allergic to). After my resistance band training in the AM I'll have a shake of 1 whole lemon, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, a SMALL amount of natural maple syrup, 2 packets of Stevia, a dash of cinnamon, 1 medium carrot, and turmeric.
I not only eliminated my psoriasis, but my gout, my arthritis, my pre-diabetes, my bowel issues, my eye prescription went 1 level lower, and I've lost 30 lbs so far. My gut health is in overdrive.

@@d0minic46 my total weight loss is now 40 lbs. I've added magnesium glycinate to my protocol. I have eliminated ALL seed oils from my diet (not an easy thing to do). I'm also doing coconut oil pulling not just for dental health but because of the MCT in it. I stopped using mouthwash as it kills the mouth microbiome. I only breathe in/out through my nose to maximize nitric oxide. I forgot to mention in my original post that I get an hour of sunlight every day for vitamin D. I consider my psoriasis 99% cleared up. Most of it was on my scalp and spending 5 minutes removing plaques/flakes has been reduced to 5 seconds. The most stubborn spot, which was on my lower back near my tailbone is also 99% cleared up. I surmise as time goes on and the omega 6 and microplastics, and other poisons leave my system it will get even better. I'm sporting the shortest haircut I've ever had because I'm not afraid of plaques showing.

Black pepper is the worst offender for me. Which is rare even in autoimmune/psoriasis/leaky gut circles.
Also when I changed my turmeric supplement I saw that I am even worse when I take the supplement, so I also tracked that too BioPerine extract in turmeric supplement. So all supplements with BioPerine went to trash.
So glad that I stumbled on this video because it is only in many many videos about leaky gut, psoriasis that mentiones black pepper as a problem. Even the strictest paleo ketogenic diet from Dr. Zsofia Clemens which is only meat , no dairy, no veg, have black pepper allowed in curing leaky gut and autoimmune disease, so I even wrote to her about that.
And also you even mention BioPerine as a problem as I concluded myself and never read about it anywhere, so cudos for that. Subscribed.

I'm so glad I found your channel. I've had psoriasis since I was a kid and I am now 65. I have had success, like you, as I changed my diet, and I can always tell when I have fallen off and had some cheat days because the psoriasis would reappear. But I haven't pinpointed exactly what foods trigger the inflammation with an igg test. I've eliminated all the major groups like, nightshades, dairy, most meat, and grains.
For years now I am always tired and lack energy, can't sleep, or focus. I'll be emailing you to see if I can afford to get the test done.

After many years of living an unhealthy, unbalanced lifestyle i began suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction which i later found out was causing most of my GI problems also. I treated my pelvic floor condition using daily relaxation and stretching techniques. When the inflammation in my pelvic floor began to heal and my GI track started functioning normally I stopped having any psoriasis issues at all. I hope this information may be helpful to others .

I have eczema not psoriasis. This occurred maybe 4 months ago. My dermatologist prescribed a medication given to cancer patients to help boost their immunity. I didn’t take this medication nor I’m I using the steroid ointment. My body itches like crazy but I soak in a bath with sea salt and apply moisturizer and tacrolimus ointment. Im trying to find a solution to this with alternative medicine. I’m going to try acupuncture to improve my immune system. I hope that this doesn't come across as rudeness, please forgive me if it does. The correct pronunciation of turmeric is "terr" as in "terrain", "merr" as in "myrhh" and "rick" as in "lick". I have a solution for those living in India. The issue is due to the fact that you are eating more than what your body can process. Please limit your number of meals 2 or 3 times a day. No snacks between meals. Eat only coconut and banana for break fast and eat your regular food for lunch and dinner. Delay your lunch as much as possible. There should be large gap of time between one meals to another. Don't kill your hunger by eating something like snacks or nuts between meals. If you like to eat snacks, add them along with meals. In simple word give some rest to your liver/digestive system to get you alright in three days.

No def word on what the rough stuff on my knee is. Bit in hair. Doc not happy with vitE oil on it so olive oil instead. Just a smear AM & PM keeps it from itching like crazy and looks smoother. No comment from Doc. Eggs could be a clue. I'll ask for the food test. Gluten free many years.

Is it true dairy is actually a problem for psoriasis?

    • @LovelessHealthSolutions
      @LovelessHealthSolutions  Рік тому +2

Yes, mostly because of the quality of dairy you would get in America.
If you have raw organic dairy it might be ok.

Lol. I had it for 30 years
A final shift in things I was doing and after two weeks of that the skin lesions were gone and haven't come back.
Unless all the dermatologist and testing lied to me then yes that is what happened. And yes I have seen that happen with others.
Thank you for questioning though. It's good to question

Yes i have known it to go after a long time having it, i find if one is upse emotionally then it could escalate on the body, some people can get rid of it with ultraviolet sin lamp they have in the hospital or the sun shine can help it, i would not advice any one to rub creams on it whybecause it spreads if you have plaque on your legs then wrap cling film around it for a few days , it is very sad if it itches it must be torment for them, my friend had it bad but the sun helped her she booked holiday at the dead sea it did clear only for a few years then she got pregnant with her son and it came back
