Fred Davidson they are better when they play rock in blues tuning. They never really dug blues especially mick. He sings real bad. Can t compare the stones with us blues men. Im french. Buddy guy is much better when playing with american musicians. The more i listen and play guitar and sing the more i think it s a us and africa thing (swing and all). No disrespect. I like many things by the stones. I think they invented rock. Cause they played pop with a delta blues tuning. That led to rock riffs. Only one rock band: the rolling stones. I have to admit they did this. But after years listening to them.. well i think the magic i gone. But in the outer space for the aliens to listen to is travelling a magic country boy named johnny b goode..

When Buddy Guy passes on so does the blues. He is the last of the kings. I see a lot of great young blues players out there keeping it afloat. Hope they have what it takes to keep it alive. I will always respect the Rolling Stones and the other British bands from the 1960's. Without their help all the , praise and acknowledgment the blues greats we know and love would have NEVER had the promotion and opportunity to bless the entire world with their presence and greatness. Those of you old enough know what i am talking about. America shit on these men and the music.
