Nice vid! Happy to discover your Trout Towns series. This one covers my "home water."🙂 It's true that in the section of the South Fork you fished, most of the trout are in the 8-9" range. But 14-16" is not uncommon in the Cedar Grove area and all the way downstream to Boyden Cavern, and past. I've caught countless 17"ers, a handful of 18"ers, and a 19" and 21"er. And lost two at the net which were probably 24"+. Marble Fork is also mostly 7-10"ers where you fished, but plenty of 12-15"ers in other, super hard-to-reach areas.
Glad you got to see my home river in Kings Canyon. Lots of beautiful fish. If you ever get back out here give me a call and I will show you lots of water you missed. Cool video.

Great stuff dude, can’t beat small trout streams
Great video, you got good vibes. Love to have that out here in CA! You captured the Kings really well. Almost always dry fly only out there.
Those little 'bows are so beautiful
Surprised you didn't catch more browns on the south fork. Great video
Agreed. Thought I'd see more browns.
If you could it would be enjoyable to just film your fly fishing outings, especially in pa. It helps me figure out what streams to go to
Sorry for being pedantic, but here in California Tulare is pronounced Tu-lare-ee and Kaweah is pronounced Ka-wee-aw.
