Small onion (வெங்காயம் - சிறியது) - 12 nos
Garlic (பூண்டு) - 15 nos
Curry leaves (கறிவேப்பிலை) - 15 nos
White sesame seed (வெள்ளை எள்ளு) - 3 tsp
Roasted channa (வருத்த சுண்டல்) - 3 tsp
Tamarind (புளி) - 1/2 lemon size
Byadgi chilli (படிகி மிளகாய்) - 12 nos
Grated Coconut (தேங்காய் - திருகியது) - 3 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder (காஷ்மீரி மிளகாய் தூள்) - 3/4 tsp
Salt - As per taste.
