In 1971, Pink Floyd were invited to perform at the first open-air rock festival in Japan. Titled Hakone Aphrodite, the event took place on August 6 and 7, 1971 and was staged on the shores of Lake Ashinoko in Hakone, Kanagawa, Tokyo's western neighbour.
Japanese organizers had hoped to emulate the huge success of the Woodstock festival held in the United States two years earlier, and Hakone Aphrodite is considered the pioneer of future annual music events in Japan -- such as the three-day Fuji Rock Festival.
Music critic Kenta Hagiwara went to Aphrodite when he was still in high school and described the event as "the first year of western rock concerts" in Japan. “That was one of the first legends for Japanese rock fans,” Hagiwara said.
He added that these live performances aroused greater interest among the audience and contributed to the development of Western musical culture in Japan. “Pink Floyd led people to believe that pop music was an art form on the same scale as classical music or jazz,” Hagiwara said.

EDIT: more than decent, i'd call it excellent!!!
Huge amount of work!
1) upscaling is perfect (more definition and still natural, you know how to use the tools in a clever way)
2) research to find the music corresponding to the live shots is impressive
3) editing and slideshow sequences are well thought (consistent with the audio)
Conclusion: that 38min film is the ultimate document covering Pink Floyd's visit in Japan on August 1971!
