I finished my training, which lasted for an hour and ten minutes a while ago, and I am now preparing food for a post-workout meal. It's a good time to download the video. Thank you, brother, your follower from Iraq.

@@StoltmanBrothers guys can I offer you some advise to fry a large batch of eggs.
1 Get yourself a 28 cm Stainless Steel Aluminium-Clad frying pan.
2 Crack 8 eggs gently as to break no yolks into a glass measuring jug.
3 Pre heat your pan on highest setting possible for about 30 seconds, add a table spoon of beef tallow or any animal fat. Melt fat for about 15 seconds.
4 leave pan off the gas to go near cool
5 put pan back on lowest gas setting
6 carefully pour eggs from jug in to warm pan and leave for about 4-5 minutes.
You will now have 8 perfectly cooked sunny side up eggs with no burning on the whites. Just cut them up with a metal spatchular

I am actually interested in the pricing of food overall of what it takes to be a strongman. Lurpak is £6 a tub were I live, and thats from Lidl. 50 eggs and Lurpak is almost my weekly shop in monetary amount.
Should find a local farm that supply’s butter and eggs. That will help keep your costs down. Find wholesalers and bulk buy etc. this in long runs will keep costs down.
Brian shaw done a video with Eddie hall on his old weekly shopping trip round Costco. Should check that out. Will give ya an idea of the amount they have to force down them.
