- People have asked me this over and over, so here I answer. Video is not quite what I wanted it to be due to coming down with an illness, but I've made the best of it and this should give you a definitive answer.

I LOVE my Liberty 2 Pro earbuds!! And if Soundcore adds ANC to the next version, I will upgrade. The only issue I have with these, and most others, is the build-up of back pressure, particularly when I’m talking on the phone or chewing food. Apple claims to have solved that problem, and I hope Soundcore follows suit. Oh, one more thing! While these things do not claim to feature multi-device connectivity, like the AirPods do, they really do. With the earbuds in the case and the lid open, simply hold down the small pairing button on the back for a couple of seconds, until the light on the right earbud flashes quickly. At that point they are disconnected from the previous device...now simply select them in a different device. Simple! Great review!!
was surprised to see a video of this quality come from a channel this size. Some of these b-roll shots you got were simply beautiful, the filming of this is magnificent.
some of the dialogue or script felt a little chewy at points but this lets personality shine so has its benefit, I'm not sure if splitting the videos in distinct halfs is the most engaging format for me personally, but i appreciate the benefits of separating the products to let each shine in its own clarity rather that a strict this vs this style. but i've never made a video in my life so all i can do is give my feedback. I can tell this is your passion and i wish you all success in your dreams, the directing and editing makes me feel like i am watching an MKBHD quality video, nice work.

Bass is mind blowing on the liberty 2 pro only problem is that slight audio hiss but i aint complaining
I like the l2ps but i find the bass good, but not on the level of my jabra elite 75ts though.

If you have audio hiss its a defect u can get a replacement if its still under warranty. They have said the audio hiss comes only for some defective products and if u experience it then they will send u a new one. My Liberty 2 pro doesnt have any sound issues so its not a "thing"of the earphones

I have both, there are other considerations, try putting your head on a pillow with the Liberty? They also have a slight hiss when all is quiet and the pass-through to me is very important, oh and try changing connection say from cell to computer on the Liberty? All outclassed by Galaxy buds. I do agree with your assesment on the sound, I think they both have their roll, oh and I also have the Liberty Air plus, also great sound! Thanks

Don't think that I'm that old, but I agree with you 200% - don't understand when people buy earbuds "not for the sound". Like, why?? I understand if it's for work and the only important thing is mic quality, but if it's for daily use... I just don't get it.
I lean towards Liberty 2 pros. Even despite some negative reviews I still think it's a great pair. Gonna buy them soon.

Lol red buds plus look sexy but I threw em at a kohl's and they went back to amazon and got the white liberty 2 pro the sound better and yes they are big but I don't care they have what the buds plus don't better audio separation and much more EQ settings to choose from great video brotha
So I'm a long time fan of Anker and have had their Neos, Curve etc. I got the regular Liberty 2's this week - first of all, the usual Anker strengths around amazing connectivity and range, battery life, insane value. Huge advancements in design and holy shit - excellent SQ, good separation and amazing soundstage. However, I am returning them and will try the 2 Pros or wait for the Liberty 3 Pros or the successor to the Sony 1000XM3.
The reason - hiss!! It has a hiss when apps are open, but also in the background when videos etc are playing. Tried the firmware updates but didnt make a difference.
Samsung Buds are junk, along with the Airpods. Good call on those - really good convenience with both, but SQ, which is core to me is just not there so not a starter.
Posted a reply to a comment above yours as to why but Galaxy buds are absolute garbage do not buy them trust me
@@fhesseti7976 I ended up getting the Master & Dynamic M07Go. Different league. SQ is beyond anything I've heard, awesome design, no hiss.

I been waiting for this review. I dropped Samsung phones after the S8. I think their QC went way down and too many issues rushing products to market. I have the Liberty 2 Airs and the JLab Executives. I think they have better call quality and I make a lot of calls with them. I was thinking about the Liberty 2 Pros for the sound quality.

Their quality control is crap I agree. Have the Galaxy buds cost me over £100. Had an issue where it'd be quieter in one ear than the other. Got it repaired. Happened again. Got it replaced. Happened again. Now I'm about to order the liberty Air 2 and I was considering getting the Galaxy buds+ but seeing that they have the same design as it's garbage predecessor means I may run into the same issue so I decided against it. Atm my Galaxy buds are lying on the table and I'm about to dispose of them as Samsung won't give me a refund (I've basically lost £120) and I'm looking forward to the arrival of my liberty Airs
@@fhesseti7976 i had this issue. I just cleaned them inside speaker grill (breaking water seal). Plenty of ear wax came out and it was louder than ever. I had to do it with other one as well just to bring balance to both lol.
I just bought my first pair of true wireless earbuds, Tozo 6. They're great for what I paid. (With Amazon's coupon & a gift card I got for completing a survey, they were $19.99) But I need a lot more bass. And the touch controls are so sensitive I end up almost throwing them across the room sometimes. All reviewers point me in the direction of the Liberty 2 pros. But, I read a lot of reviews of people complaining about a hiss coming out of them. Have you noticed that at all? Nice review, btw. Subscribed. 😊 Oooh! Great bass that doesn't mud up the mids!? Yes!
I've heard people mention the hiss but I've not had that issue. You might wanna check out the the Liberty Air 2, plenty of bass, no hiss at all and just sound really good. They're actually my fave Soundcore wireless buds.

As someone that originally held the Galaxy Buds Plus to a high standard, after trying the Liberty 2 Pro, I realized they blew the Buds out of the water. They have big bass, longer batter and a MUCH better app. Besides the branding, Galaxy Buds have very little going for them.

Few concerns. Their master-slave pairing/connection set-up, does that often result in irregular battery drain between pair?
Can either of the left or right buds be used in mono mode (just 1 at a time, provided the other is in the case) ?
What about their latency performance whilst gaming?

Dan don't forget customer service for anchor is the most incredible experience I've ever had they're on top of their game very fast response. Emily at anchor did more then I expected 10 stars for customer service can't say the same for Samsung services

I'd still recommend the Air 2 as you can bring the bass back with the app
You didn't mention the hissing problem that other reviewers mentioned or was it fixed?
Fixed with an update. Very faint hissing now but it's common due to the bluetooth signal.

Nice review, spot on the sounds from the Soundcore. Buds + are quality, but certainly not as quality of Sound. Its nice that the app for the Galaxy buds + is a nice addition, but SoundCore app is Top. Hope your feeling better, weeks later. Liberty 3 !!
I dunno, I upgraded from the old Galaxy buds to the plus and the sound quality is pretty much the same. I'm still auditioning them and deciding if it was worth the upgrade.
Buds and Buds+ are just not that good. The sound is blown away by many cheaper options.

I've got 250 to drop on some ear buds for gym and running, and a set of anc over ear for travel and chilling, I like bass, what would you recommend for a combined price of 250, I was looking at soundcore liberty 2 pro or galaxy buds plus and a soundcore q20 anc for over ear but would like to hear your recommendation, I am looking at pulling the trigger on them next week so hope you can get back to me before I take the leap
Great question, so you can buy both the Liberty 2 Pro and and the Life Q20. You'd still be under your budget and have 2 quality sets of audio devices.
At the moment for me the best bass and sound are those of my Bose sport free, I have not tried these now I have bought the Liberty Air 2 to see how they sound apart I have also bought the Fiil t1x.I have the first buds but I did not like them but they were very comfortable. What do you think of my collection?

I bought these for the hear ID but all it keeps giving me are unusable sounds. Don't care for the other presets so I'm returning them. I can see the potential in these but I just can't get a sound that I want.

Hi Dan. i asked a question the other day which was about compatability with the libery pro 2 being compatable with the galaxy s7. you said i wont experience any issues which brill news. the story is i have recently bought votomy v22 earbuds which is my first earbud purchase. they are lovely but i'm a searcher and realy want to try the liberty 2 pro's they are 109.99 uk at the moment direct from soundcore. will i be blown away? and should i take the plunge and go for them. they will be my last purchase and want excellence if i'm spending that kind of money. one question?? yes or no??.. cheers dan👍
Hi Richard, I’ve never heard of the v22 you mentioned so I can’t compare but I do love the L2P for sure and think with app integration they stand alone at the price point. If you like bass or be able to change your music many different ways then you will love the L2P. I’d love to give you a definitive answer but ha I gotta not heard the others I really cant

I listen to music alot at work but also take phone calls and the liberty 2 pro are not good for phone calls just music only. The Samsung would be a better fit for me even if they dont sound quite as good.
Galaxy Buds+ have actually 3 mics, not 2. I have soundcore liberty 2 Pro which replaced the original Galaxy Buds and they are amazing!

Yes they do but only when you pair them, charge them, and open the case while charging. After the process they don't blink ever.

Galaxy buds Pro sound better than the Liberty 2 Pro better imaging sounds like it's much wider sounds fun to listen to. Also Soundpeats true engine se3 is better than the Liberty to 2 Pro in terms of depth and imaging. Remember it's all subjective, and when I listen to sound recording test it's exactly what I just said.

Sadly not
It looks like there is an upgraded version that does. I'm not sure if it's a hardware upgrade or if they did it with just a firmware upgrade. I would luv to know

The Galaxy Buds + smoke this crap! They sound far more natural and more defined without the peaky ugly treble of the Liberty 2 pro’s. The Bass on these Liberty 2 Pro’s is really cool and rumbling but the rest of the sound spectrum is just crap!
