My orthopedist advised that my hip pain is actually coming from my lower back and he recommended yoga. When I told him that I’m so clumsy, I can trip over my own shadow 😂 he said chair yoga would make a difference. So happy that I found your channel and am feeling relief every day. Bonus: I feel more balanced in my body, and less imbalanced in my movements!
