I used to love this game back in the day on sega genesis.I may have to buy this and play it when I get a chance.
I love the Sega Genesis so damn much, i found a Sega Master system at my local pawn shop, fully boxed and complete for 99 bucks... wish i had the spare cash..
ended up getting the cash for it! enjoying it right now! :-)

before download content,fmv,and games which required more of your attention than war and peace i used to sit watching the intro to this and playing the tunes imagining what games might be like one day.. i now sorta wish they are more like this..love it

The way the game plays it reminds me of the arcade Shinobi.
I need to play more of this and 3, only played the first level or 2 I think... Love the series, played the 1st in the arcade back in the day too.
Rolling Thunder is a classic "Genesis" series to me. I hope you get around to completing the trilogy someday.

This is one of my favorites on the Megadrive/Genesis. I like it better than Rolling Thunder 3.

That does look fun. You're right they should be joining up with those baddies; they've got style. Maybe the object is to eliminate them so that you can have all their cool stuff!
That game really sounds like it's from the Sega Genesis. I mean classic non Sonic Genesis game music.
That password system is cool too. I bet it would take awhile but I'm betting there's an infinite life, debug, or stage select code in it.

I just finish this game and have to say level 11 is quite difficult there is a game genie codes to give you a bit more ammo if needed or a 4 to 5 extra men for the last level!!

looks better than arcade.. what I mean is that I found the bullets hard to see and found i got a lot of eye twitch with the arcade but the contrast of colours seems to have been fine tuned a bit here to make it a more enjoyable game. I'll be hunting for this one asap for my genesis. Well.. mega drive lol.
