Ma'am! I think the name egg bhejo is a big wrong.Bhejo came from Barmese name Pae Kyaw and used in Barmese noodle soup (Mot Hin Gar).This is called Egg Masala.I am Barmese and it look really delicious.✌

Egg bhejo was famous only in Burma Bazar and also in Burma Nagar in 1980. Those days there was gentle man by name long island he is a indoburmaiyan had his shop in B bazar of Burma bazar.
