chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients
Boneless chicken - 300 grams
Curd - 2 tbl spoon
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 teaspoon (for colour)
Red chilli powder - 1½ teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1½ teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1½ teaspoon
Garam masala - 1½ teaspoon
Pepper powder - ¼ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Lemon - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 1 tbl spoon
Oil - 2 tbl spoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Finely chopped onion - 2
Paste of 2 tomatoes
Water (approx. 150 ml)
Fresh cream - 4 tbl spoon
Salt
Kasuri methi - ½ teaspoon

I just made it today and it came out so yumm... I advise people so use the same ingredients in same quantity as suggested in the video or increase/decrease in proportion to the quantity of chicken.

By the way, all the quantities written in the description are totally wrong, in the video there are completely other quantities. You should adjust the description. I have adhered to the video and it turned out superb! At the end I sprinkled with chopped cilanro.

Hi! I'm going to try your recipe. In the past when I've tried to make chicken tikka masala, it always comes out stronglyyyy tomato flavored and sweet even though I tried to make it spicy- Even if I used half a tomato. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!

@@niroshabalamurugan738 You can buy fresh cream in grocery store. There is Amul Fresh Cream (which I use). But if you really want to try the recipe and don't have fresh cream... You can whisk butter and full fat milk as a substitute.
