I will tell you a secret WM 30 isn`t part of 30s. everyting with 0 in the end ends previous count of 10, not begins new one. 1-10 is first ten, 11-20 is second ten, and 21-30 is third ten.
@@fritz312I was 14, I was a big Roman Reigns fan until Seth cashed in at 31. I will never forget that moment. I was so pissed when Roman spear Brock so Seth could win.
Switching to 2 nights is one of the best decisions they ever made. I felt bad for those women at Wrestlemania 35, I really think the crowd would have been hyped for it if they werent so tired.
*My thoughts on each WrestleMania featured on the video…* - WrestleMania 30 (amazing show with a beautiful/satisfying ending) - WrestleMania 31 (amazing despite terrible buildup to most of the matches) - WrestleMania 32 (an absolute snoozer of a show that I despise so much) - WrestleMania 33 (solid enough) - WrestleMania 34 (has a few things going for it but uninspiring show) - WrestleMania 35 (good but way too long) - WrestleMania 36 (meh) - WrestleMania 37 (fine enough) - WrestleMania 38 (pretty good) - WrestleMania 39 (spectacular show and possibly a top 5 ‘Mania ever)
Wrestlemania 38 will always hold a special place in my heart since I went there in person. Seeing Cody Rhodes and Steve Austin return on the same night was amazing. The Texas Crowd at AT&T Stadium were electric for those moments at my first Wrestlemania.
32 was my first Mania, and I came back to Dallas for 38 hoping for WWE to redeem themselves. And man did they ever. I never thought I’d be there to witness Stone Cold have one more match and put in that kind of performance. And then there was Becky v Bianca, Cody Returning, Sami v Knoxville. A magical weekend
WrestleMania 32 had a ton of bad luck: not just key injuries (Rollins, Bryan, Cena, Orton) or shaky booking, but also the timing of an insane NXT Takeover Dallas
The quality of the 30s really was a rollercoaster, but there were some fun moments sprinkled throughout. WM38 was very sports entertaining, and WM39 is genuinely one of the best WMs ever. The Hardyz's showing up at WM33 is mental to me, not just the pop but the fact that the previous night they had an excellent ladder match against the Young Bucks at Supercard of Honour, so them having another ladder match 24hrs removed was crazy!
I attended WrestleMania 37 Night 2 it was personally very fun and worth the admission alone seeing Edge shine one more time in the main event of the showcase of the immortals even at a loss.
My decade of being a WWE fan i still remember my first wrestlemania was 30 when bryan won wwe whc titles and now 10 years later im gonna watch cody to finish his story...after all these years im still a hardcore WWE fan the time flies so fast man!!
It's always great seeing these comments from new fans saying what their first Mania was. Mine was 22, but my personal favorites are 23 and 24 because my uncle bought them and we got to watch them live.
Wrestlemania 38 is my personal favorite Mania of all time for a couple reasons, 1. All of the great moments, getting to witness a real time Stone Cold match, Cody Rhodes's return, Sami Zayn and Johnny Knoxville, Bianca vs Becky and many other. 2 and more important to me, this was my dad's first time watching Wrestlemania since the Attitude Era so getting to watch that show with him and one of my best friends was super special for me!
Just want to say thank you for this video. You are a great writer and analyst and the fact that this 2 hour video kept me entertained throughout is proof of that. it must have taken forever!
The way WWE booked The Undertaker throughout this era felt like a parody. The matches from WM 20 to WM 29 felt like must see TV. Then he lost the streak at WM 30, missed opportunities to face Sting at WM 31, fights Shane at WM 32, botches with Roman at WM 33, and a squash match with Cena at WM 34. Unbelievable how they treated Taker at Wrestlemania at the end of his career.
Really great vid! So crazy how fast the time flies. At WM 30 i was still in school and just read the results the next morning. Now i watch every event. The "Cena is just there as a fan" Skits were so funny :D
Yea definitely hopefully John Cena can main event for the last time, win a royal rumble equaling Stone Cold Steve Austin and win the WWE heavyweight championship for the 17th time beating Rick Flair record
Santa Clara, California, where WM31 took place is known for its for high technology. Lots of high tech companies like Intel, Advance Micro and Nvidia have their headquarters there. Thats why that years Mania theme was technology and the “play” button. It wasn’t really about the network, but I understand what you meant.
What a decade and what a video! This deserves more views. This video felt like a journey through a unique timelines that happened in those past WrestleManias. With that chapter closed, let's see where the 40s will take us
Superkick I may be the only one, but keep the longer vids coming if you can. Great content definitely an easy 2 hour watch. Watched it all in 1 setting.
The best way to describe the Firefly Funhouse Match is imagine the “This Is Your Life” Rock/Mankind segment, but if Mankind hated The Rock. It’s an incredible takedown of Cena’s entire career. The moment Cena’s beating down Bray, and then suddenly it’s Huskus the Pig, the representation of all of the young talent Cena buried on his way to the top, and that look in Cena’s face when he realizes Bray is 100% right. Absolute cinema

Incredible retrospective man. That point of WWE’s investment in Roman during the first half of the 30’s paying off big in the back half hit hard. Had never thought of it in that (Mania) context. Kinda makes all those frustrating years worth it in a way. Overall I think the 20’s were stronger as a whole… but after this trip down memory lane, it feels safe to say that Mania’s 30’s had more good than bad.

Wrestlemania 35 will always hold a special place in my heart simply because I was there live for Seth slaying the beast Brock Lesnar (I cried after the 3 curb stomps and 1,2,3 from the emotion of it all). But I was also there for the badass feud and main event of Becky, charlotte, and Ronda. But most importantly, I was there for Kofimania. One of my favorite wwe superstars of all time. It was really a beautiful albeit very long night. But so worth it.
