I had the same experience. I didn't like the gel or mousse. Both products are very drying. I do have the innersense I create hold gel and that gel is amazing. I do need to try out uncle funkys gel. Your hair did look very nice by the way.
Hey 🤗 I used your code for my yesstyle order. Thank you! The little Halloween kitty in the back 🥰🎃 Oh my gosh her warning you about showing us the back. But girl the transition to the next morning 😆 Overall thanks for the review and demonstration. It blows my mind how critical we are to each other when it comes to beauty particularly our hair. You'd think we would be more understanding considering our history. I don't get the point of being up in arms when a non-Black person insults type 4/type4C hair when we are nasty towards that curl pattern. People will put in time to finesse a wig but can't spend the same amount of time on the hair that grows out of their scalp... I don't get it (not talking about those who suffer from alopecia or illnesses that compromises hair growth). The amount of criticism there is towards natural hair in general (negatively critiquing girls wearing it to prom, speaking negatively about Simone Biles' and Gabby Douglas' hair, and spewing the myth that Black people who grow long hair are "unicorns" or are "mixed") tells me we still have a long way to go.
@@Jazzerbean awww thank you so much for your support!! It means everything to me 🩷🩷 and I definitely agree that we are too harsh towards each other. It’s one of the reasons why I gave up on wigs. I could never get my wigs to look like the standard and I definitely got made fun of for that. I think a lot of us have hair dysmorphia which is why some would spends hours perfecting a wig but would be discouraged to do their natural hair routine :/. Hopefully one we can have a true safe space for black women and our hair

@@vanessa_90 I love the inner sense and uncle funky together but they can be drying at times since they’re both gels so I don’t use the combo often
