One of my primary reasons for a freeze dryer is to be able to take my green smoothies with me when traveling. Before freeze drying i had to physically freeze the smoothie (into a block of ice), zip lock it, and hope it would stay solid until I landed in my destination. So nice to be able to make powders from my greens, etc and save space (and risk of melting) during traveling.

I hope you guys plan to release a smaller unit for people with limited space. I know they aren't as popular but they do have a place in the market.
