My IFD440 arrived and it was installed in my airplane last week. So far, I'm very happy with it. I had read elsewhere that Avidyne was sending a hard copy of "Flying With The Avidyne IFD440" by Michael F. Bauer as well as a MK10 keyboard to new customers. Will those items be sent to me automatically or do I have to request them?

I hadnt finished the 440 version of the Advanced & Power User yet. Here's a link to the 550 ADvanced. that you can refer to in the mean time. Only real difference is the larger screen. (and the 550 has the SVS Page which you can ignore).
