They look great!! What's the plan for tire rotation?
Only tires marked with an arrow that are unidirectional cannot be rotated from side to side. Others can. Obviously, never front to back unless they’re the same size like I suspect some older Corvettes may have.
@@MrMuggs do you have a video of what the wheels / car look like when the wheels are rotated? In other words, when the wheels are "digging" instead of "scooping"? Just curious how that changes the look for the Vette. Thanks man...

Beautiful. Really nice to see folks breaking away from black wheels. Everyone has their own taste but seeing so many C8's with black wheels is getting bland to me. I also find black wheels all look the same from 100 feet away but these are clearly an upgrade from a distance. Nice job!

So far they’ve been great. Pronounced air-ro-lar-ee.

I believe so but you may need to add tape just to make sure they’re snug.

I did a very similar setup with Vossen wheels. But on the front I did 20 X 9 and 245/30/20. I read in a few places, some folks are having some rub issues in the front, rear wheel well, making sharp turns like U-turns. That's why I stayed away from 255/30/20.
I have 265/30/20 on mine, no rubbing issues. There are some people running very wide front tires (295,305) without rubbing. It depends on the wheel width and offset.
All I can say is Wow! can't wait to get my c8

I have a set of Aerolarri Threshers on my c8. Same sizes. 20x9.5 & 21x12. I originally went with 255/30/20 fronts also but found that they looked pretty stretched on the wider wheels. Switched to 265/30/20 on the front and now it's perfect.
Those Threshers are really nice. I considered them at first.
They look great! Question do the wheels rub when you turn? Also does it effect the ride quality “smoothness”

Love your wheels. I am waiting for my C8 delivery and I am trying to find a wheel that I like. I think though that your wheels would ave looked better had they been completely black. But, we’re all different and it’s a question of personal taste. Happy driving man!

Very nice wheels. I've been looking carefully at Aerolarri but haven't pulled the trigger. I'm a bit surprised those are ghost black, given they look much more silvery.

Hi Mr. Muggs, I am new to your channel. I also decided to go with Aerolarri wheels. And I love the look of your wheels. So, I am wondering what tire size for front & rear do you recommend for 2022 C8?
Well, I went with and recommended 255-30-20 front and 325-25-21 rear but it really comes down to personal preference. Thank You for asking.

Realizing you shouldn't live about what if's... though, If the wheels are directional and they are limited in production, aren't you worried about damaging one and possibly not being able to replace it? You'd have to purchase another set.
I decided to call Aerolarri. I talked to Chet. What a nice guy. He answered all my questions. If only I went to their site. I would have seen the information needed. They do make awesome wheels. Now to decide on which size...lol

Glad your back. You worked us on the video. Normally I would fast forward to see the finished product but as usual you have interesting content so I rode it out. So no rubbing on the front end. The rear wheels and tires change the entire look. I have the same car and went with shiny black wheels. (Trident spoke I got powder coated) I like it a lot. Your wheels black or bronze would look good as well. Nice job, you put a lot of thought into this and it shows. It's beautiful. Congrats. They make the skin of airliners out of 6061 alloy... Pretty cool.

@@MrMuggs you got it. I've seen 20's in the front and 21's in the rear as well. Did you consider that? Did you mention price in any of the videos?
@@thereissomecoolstuff they cost $1988 for the set plus additional for certain finishes ranging up to $799 or so, plus shipping which is about $400. I paid $2775 total for my selection. Mine are 20” & 21”.
