Appreciate it. I was grateful not a drop of water from the epic rain storm and flooding in Brooklyn got into the organ. The school hall had some flooding. All is good.
St. Pat's Kilgens were installed first in 1928(chancel) and 1930(gallery). This organ was installed in 1934 and is tonally unaltered but the St.Pat's Kilgens have been substantially revised over the years.
I keep in touch with Quimby and Schopp. Yes image what St Patrick’s Cathedral sounded like, before all of the updates. This is what is would’ve sounded like. There at NO tonal changes here. David Schopp did an excellent job restoring the reeds at Our Lady of Refuge in Brooklyn
Joe, great to see and hear this organ again that you and so many others saved. She sounds great!

Beautiful 👍
I just played this when visiting the cathedral in Cologne, Germany
A slightly larger church, just a little bit
Excellent! You and the organ sound as one. Love the rock steady tempo from beginning to end. Marvelous.
Thanks for listening

This is a pre St. Patrick's Cathedral Kilgen, right? Love its rich tones. Have you chatted with Michael Quimby lately?

Things on the walls are vibrating. I propose they name this instrument the JAV Memorial Organ, but I'm not rushing your demise.😇
Thanks dont rush things
