I must say pinakamagaganda mga pinifeature mong mga house design kumpara sa ibang mga nakikita ko dito lang ako nakukuntento sa bawat sulok ng bahay.
yung ibang pinapakita dito nakita ko na sa iba pero iba talaga pag si sir ang nag eexplain mas nagiging interesting.

Maganda sya,super spacious,maaliwalas,at yung patio sana nilagyan ng cover o bubong para Kahit umulan pwede magtambay dun,delikado pa Kasi may lantern lights na pwede mabasa at mag spark.kaya dapat sana me bubong din and last napansin ko Ang baba ng ceiling,Kahit sa labas ng bahay pansin tlga na mababa at pano kung may bisita na matangkad bka mauntog pa😅

Hi Sir! Usually an enclosed garage would have the front wall along the perimeter wall of the front of the house. A lot of exclusive villages / gated communities have restrictions that dictate a specific set back from the perimeter to the front wall of the house sir, and to maximize space the garage is kept open as a covered carport
