another underrated tip that no one else seems to be paying attention to practice SIDEWAYS aerials too, not just forward or backward aerials in match situations, not everything is gonna go right and there might be a time when your aerial isnt perfectly backwards or perfectly forwards. there are also moments that might make your aerials go diagonal instead of forwards, backwards, or sideways, but being able to master sideways aerials alongside forward and backward aerials makes it easier

At first I was taught "Don't rush your aerials or you'll mess up," then I got to Gold/Platinum and was told "Go full-speed so you always hit the ball first." This method though is helping me so much and I'm hitting the ball near its apex with solid direction and power for once. Thanks so much...!

Been trying to help raise my friend's skills in the game and I've always told them I will never be upset if they miss a touch or shot on net so long as they just GO out of their comfort zone and TRY to read that wall bounce. They don't see it but over the weeks they've been getting closer and closer. I always reference these kinds of videos to help give them the visual aid that I sometimes can't provide through my own replays quite as well as Fluump. Keep it up man!
Just used an alt account for the first time in 4 years. My main account has held steady at d3 d1 in 3s. So I played all placement matches and hit c1 d4. I have never hit champ, and the games are easier than my other account at diamond? I’m not mad, I’m just happy I can say I hit champ finally. Haha good luck everyone.

To this day I can't believe it hasn't been fully covered in a video by a major UA-camr. It's one of the most important tips for control in the air.

how about we solve the great fast aerial debate: jump down jump like squishy or hold down first then jump jump
I do hold down jump then keep holding down a bit let go then jump while boosting
This does vary on where the ball is. If it’s like above me I hold down until I’m vertical. If it’s like at a 45 degree angle I hold down less

Hit the ball with your wheels, it makes the hit a lot softer and easier to follow
