    hey bro great video, im a dude with a good level of muscle mass, but high body fat, im not getting time to workout right now cuz i have continuous exams for the next few months and im really really not getting time to go to the gym or get any regular workout in, could you make a video based on that sort of a cutting regime? good video again, brother

      To start off that should be good but eventually it’ll stop being effective and you need better variety exercises, i recommend if you want bodyweight to start doing basic calisthenics
