Age Gap & Slow Burn will get me every time 🤗 Teacher-Student is my least favorite(My Dark Vanessa being the exception)... Along with "extended" Fake Dating... I hate when the whole story revolves around this trope... It just gets so insufferable for me... I don't mind like one scene where the characters maybe go to a family function or party and pretend to be together, but then return to real life where they aren't faking 🤷🏻♂
What books with age gaps are your favorite?! I definitely want to try more of them. I agree with you about the “extended” fake dating. I tend to like fake dating more when it’s not the main trope or is more of a subplot and there are other tropes and elements as the focus.
@@carolinerichards_ Birthday Girl by Penelope Douglass, Confidence of Wildflowers & Resurrection of Wildflowers by Micalea Smeltzer, Darling Venom by Parker S Huntington, & Kulti by Mariana Zapata are the ones that come to mind that are favorites
