Well you know everyone is going to love the second book after Powerless, because all the GIRLIES who loved Powerless will have nothing but good things to say... They're BRAINWASHED because Sara, Destiny, & Haley told them it was good 🤣 I even hate that she copied the Chestnut Springs titles! I'm guessing her next book after Reckless will be called Heartless 😆 And you may as well read it because it BARELY fantasy... There's no world building... It's a ROMANCE(a juvenile one) with some stolen fantasy elements from other books like Hunger Games, Red Queen, etc. OK... I'm done. LoL. I swear, no book has ever brought out the HATE in me more than Powerless... I don't get it at all... Objectively, it's not good 👎🏽 I was hoping you would pick The Girl in 6E... This is a book that has lived rent free in my head... I only gave it 3.75 stars, but I did read it twice... I loved the whole CAM girl aspect but the thriller/mystery aspect was a bit weak, so curious to hear your thoughts
i love ur honesty lol!! i have been thinking this for so long but nobody ever said this „out loud“ so i’m happy read a shared opinion haha. i honestly agree even tho i haven’t read powerless (yet), i just think that sara specifically almost only reads (or better: mostly only enjoys lolol) books that have a heavy romance plot which is fine totally but ever since i realized that i kind of stopped reading what sara recommends 😅🤣 i love haley phams recommendations tho she reads many different genres 😊 ofc everyone can read whatever they like i‘m not hating at all!!! 🥰
Okay I was thinking the same thing about how her titles are the same as chestnut springs and it bothers me lol 😂 we will see if I end up getting to it this month 😅 I am really interested in reading the girl in 6E bc the premise sounds so interesting! Definitely feel like I’ll be more inclined to pick it up in the fall
