Tribute to this legendary character. Kazuhira Miller (カズヒラ・ミラー Kazuhira Mirā?), also known as Kaz, McDonell Benedict Miller and Master Miller, was the subcommander of both the Militaires Sans Frontières and Diamond Dogs, and the survival trainer of FOXHOUND.
