ஜோ மைக்கேல் பிரவீன் சென்னையில் ஒரு எளிய குடும்பத்தில் பிறந்து வளர்ந்தார். ஒரு தலை காதலில் தோல்வியுற்றதால் மனமுடைந்த ஜோவை கல்லூரியிலிருந்து வேறு ஒரு பிரச்சனையினால் இடைநீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டார். அந்நேரம் தனது ஒரு வேளை உணவுக்காக ஒரு பகுதி நேர வேலை செய்ய ஆரம்பித்தார். அவ்வேலையில் வளர்ச்சி காணவே, அதையே சொந்தத் தொழிலாக ஆரம்பித்து சாதித்துக் காட்டியுள்ளார்.
இக்காணொளியில் ஜோ மைக்கேல் தான் எவ்வாறு இத்தகைய நிலைக்கு உயர்ந்தார் என்றும் எவ்வாறு காதல் தோல்வியால் இன்று ஒரு வெற்றிகரமான தொழிலதிபராக இருக்கிறார் என்றும் கூறுகிறார்.

After having a Love Failure and got suspended due to an issue in College, he started off with a part-time job with a salary of 50rs which eventually became his career. After a point, he began to take risks to achieve something on the same field, faced failures & challenges and started his own event management company which makes a yearly turnover of 5 crores.
