May not be your biggest fan, since I just found the FB group and this page, but definitely 100% admire the ambition, skills, and just send it drive you have. Made a super multi purpose tow rig way cheaper than buying a 1ton truck with way more ability.

Thanks for being patient with my response. I removed the pump transfer case and used some of the original driveshaft and another drive shaft from the donor axle. I had to have a 62" driveshaft made. The pump transfer case was directly through the drive line and with stretching the frame I needed to extend the drive shaft. I hope that answers your question. I sure hope you replaced more then just the axel seal. Those brake shoes are toast with that much gear oil on them. They will come apart if continued to drive on, and are no longer effective, also I couldn’t tell what kind of truck you were working on but if it has sealed axel bearings then that bearing needs to be replaced. And I’d be checking the other side also

All new brake shoes and suspension parts. New axle gaskets. It's a floating axle, bearings are wet bath they were fine. No issues.
