Been seeing this thing running around town lately. My friends and I have been geeking over it. Finally got close enough to see the channel sticker on the side. Sweet build man!
Thanks I appreciate it!! Check out my Facebook group called Remastered Rigs. It's a group where everyone posts their remastered fire trucks and turn them Into something else after it's time in service. All trucks are welcome as well
Always wanted to do a build like this. Old fire trucks are awesome but you can't do much with them except push water and drive around. Subscribing to get ideas for a build, but I'm going to add a knuckle boom ahead of the bed. I like the flexibility of your setup.
Thanks I appreciate it! Fire trucks need a second life instead of sitting In a field to rot. If you start your build keep me updated on it! The knuckle boom idea sounds awesome! Most trucks have a pto for hudraulics or have the transmission to easily install a pto.
Anything wider than a standard semitruck tire is considered a supersinge. Atleast where I'm from. There are super single for rears to replace dually, super single drop axle tires and super single steer tires usually for heavy weight steer axles found on fire trucks, cement trucks and heavy haulers.
Lol i see the joke some fire departments use fire department tow trucks and you put the new truck in the station and half is a fire truck lol i like the joke i also like when this happens ‘’no yeah no i did it were gonna look at the water lol
Exactly what I was gonna say, Just didn't want to repeat it if someone else said it !! I'm considering building the exact same truck, BUT will use a 22-28ft bed, So I can load Lower Vehicles AND considering what this truck will "Haul", Why WASTE it's Payload Capacity with a SHORT Rollback bed !?!?!?. But LOVE This Build !!!. Let me know when it's for sale !!.
I HOPE YOUR CHANNEL ''BLOWS UP!!!'' YOU DO GOOD WORK AND ARE SEMI-COMICALLY ENTERTAINING!

Thanks I appreciate it!! Are you around town in South Carolina? Or on Long Island?
@@GalerieGarage South Carolina. Basically rode with you the entire way to work the other day.
Thats awesome!! You'll see it alot more around town! I'll be going to as many car shows as possible with it. See ya out there!
@@GalerieGarage I’ll try to get out to some car meets. They got a decent one at an O’Reilly in Irmo on Friday nights.
@@asmb100 sweet!! Every Friday night? Where at?
I thought I was the only one who wanted to do this, apparently not. I can't wait to build mine. Love your build, it looks amazing.

@@GalerieGarage I will definitely check it out.
always want to use a fire truck as a tow truck. my kind of recycling. great channel idk how you haven't blown up
Bonnie's face lit up when she heard you give her a shout out! Thank you! Your videos are so fun and entertaining. Love it.
Awesome I am glad!! Thanks for watching!!
Nice, cedar beach, sick truck, I’m surprised I haven’t seen it on the road.
I've watched all your videos. Awesome work on the trucks and videos! Definitely wanna build one too. Do you have ones of painting and resembling?
i really love these kind of builds
I wonder if you could haul heavy equipment now? With all the weight off the back how much do you think you can put up there?
how did you get around a cdl. Do you have one already? I'm asking because I have a 89 f700 pumper as well that I wan't to mess with.
Very cool build

You can convert a tanker into a beer keg tanker. 😎
I want to know how the goose neck work
I will have a video soon that shows how it works. I had to make a trap door in the bed so I can hook up 5th wheels and gooseneck trailers
Awesome!!!! Love it!!!
Thanks!!
Do you carry commercial insurance
Could you get Allison to give you the engineering approval to unlock 5th and 6th
My transmission doesn't have a 5th or 6th gear. It is only a 4 speed I looked into it. It's all mechanical there is no computers.
I'd love to do this ❤
INSTEAD OF TOWING A CAMPER, WITH YOUR SKILLS YOU SHOULD FABRICATE A CUSTOM CAMPER FOR THE TOP OF THE ''JERR-DAN''!!
man u should have more views
What fuel mileage are you seeing?
Now I average 8mpg hauling stuff. A little better empty.
Good job
Thanks!!
Now heres the real question. Hiw much you want to build me one
We would have to have a good conversation to come up with that number.
@@GalerieGarage sounds like a plan. I was going to chop mine down short wheel base and do a fifth wheel hitch like yours.
Just to let you know those are not super singles on the front

@@GalerieGarage Wide base steer tires would probably be more corect in terms of a steer tire.

Tint the windows dark
Yes! It is on the list for this year! The cab is my focus this year, detailing, tint, interior ect
Camera man… shat ahppp!!!
Alright it’s killing me where you a volly?
The Terryville!
@@GalerieGarage Was going to say kinda looked like Portjeff in the background. East Meadow here 🤙
We filmed at mount sinai harbor, Cedar Beach. Awesome man!! 💪
I made one from a lego firetuck lol
I waited
Thanks for waiting what did you think of the build so far?
@@GalerieGarage amazing
Thanks I appreciate it!!
Emron paint is very forgiving….
Bed needs to go down more sits to high up will tear bumpers off
Fire trucks are hardly used so when they replace them they’re like new it’s such a waste of public tax money.
More seriousness less joke and less music would help alot with subscribers
Great! So I guess I have to watch all you other videos to find out what fu*Kin engine you have in the truck 🤦♂️
Wayyy to steep for cars
Yes you are correct. Not made to haul nice cars. Just lifted vehicles, scrap cars and other stuff.
