Denis Cyplenkov is the name of the man who has held the world record in strict curl since 2015. He is now 38 years old and took up professional arm wrestling many years ago.

Деня уложил спать Ларата, тот в свою очередь побеждал Чаффи, которого позиционируют как соперника Левану... Денису, я считаю нужно плавно-плавно набирать форму, почка так нехило подкосила здоровье. Ему ж туда какую-то штуку поставили наподобии заплатки. А приживляемость подобного рода вещей закономерно бахает по имуннитету.

@@user-tl4qy9it1l Не важно сколько выиграл, важно, что давал серьёзное сопротивление, заставляя Дениса все те годы, развиваться, иначе бы Пушкарь его обогнал бы. К тому же, Пушкарь, под конец жизни, набрал очень хорошую форму, особенно в плане техники, становясь всё лучше и лучше армрестлером, с каждым годом. И честно, если бы не трагедия, я бы даже поставил бы на победу Пушкаря, в ноябре 2018, тем более, что у Дениса был всего один официальный поединок за 4 года, и тот, за 2 года, до этого.
@@Desmond-Hume даже не знаю, сколько раз видел армфайты Пушки и того же Жоха, Жох даже умудрялся выигрывать. При встрече с Жоха и Дена в абсолютке вроде, Ден даже не почувствовал его. Меня больше интересует как бы себя показал Ден против Левана, когда первый был на пике, но и тут не факт что мы увидим эту зарубу.

Björnsson have 59 cm arms with like twice much fat and much taller and his arms are enournus so imagine who big his arms must look on a 1.85 m body
He actually had 25.5 inch arms---and can, quite easily, get more if he wanted. BTW, 25.5 is 65 cm.

I know a lot of arm wrestlers have the issue where they can't straighten their arms completely from the years of competing, but I wonder if it reversible? I would think some stretching would be a good thing for even the strength sports cause it helps make the muscle grow over time. And a bigger muscle can always be a stronger muscle. Though his arms fucking enormous so pretty sure they won't be getting any bigger lmfao.

Allylilith aegwynn yeah I understand that. That’s why I said some stretching. More so for mobility. Too much stretching and you lose explosiveness etc.
