- The war goes on in the skies of Ukraine as well. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russia had over 1500 combat aircraft and a whole range of air defense systems. Meanwhile, Ukraine could operate less than 100 aircraft and Soviet-era air defense missile systems - all of which became the main target for missile attacks in the early days of the invasion. However, Ukrainians managed to preserve even their small number of aircraft and, with the help of Western allies, began to resist Russia in the air. Recently, the number of downed Russian aircraft has begun to increase rapidly - in a couple of weeks, they lost a dozen Su-34s and two Su-35s. How did Ukraine manage to hold its sky and strike back even harder? See in the video.

its funny bc the USA DoD even has said they lost about 10% of their air assets since the start of the war. That means they would have to have almost 10,000 fighters in service both plane and helicopters. They have no where close to that. These people are dilutional. As someone who follows habitual linecrosser, i am thoroughly convinced the Range and capabilities of Patriot is far greater than official sources state.

Russia always states 50% greater capability. The US often states 25-50% under.
Patriots located several hundred miles from Moscow are capable of targeting their ICBM launches directly on their own heads.
And conversely, the range and speed of Russian hypersonic missiles is much less than the Kremlin claims.

The US promised to protect the Ukraine if they handed over their nuclear weapons left over from the fall of the USSR. They did and the US broke it's promise. The Ukraine is fighting NATO's #1 enemy for them. All they need is proper weapons. If they had them from the start they wold have won the war in a few months as Russia was completely unprepared for war.

Russia began converting old, as in planes from as far back as the 40's old, into drones.
With all things considered 300 isn't very many.

If you put together all their combat aircraft they wouldnt hit 1200, not to mention not all are serviceable maybe 60% pretty norm for most air forces. So 700 is way high, but remember the ghost of Kieve shot down 44 of those 700.
Take it with big grains of salt, be safe to half anything either side claims. In addition if it were true it would be a huge problem for Ukraine, if Russia can lose 700 aircraft and keep dropping bombs daily Ukraine wouldnt stand another day.

Those airplane losses are extremely painful for Russia.
The crew of the A50U are just as important as the plane itself. It takes 10 years to train each A50U member, which is 8 special crew! With 3 or 4 A50U in service.
This is a absolute lie. The German airforce didn't even lose 700 aircraft flown by green pilots in 1944 and 1945. The Russian airforce couldn't even sustain that many losses and would of just stop flying missions long before that. Add to the fact the Russians located and destroyed the patriot missile systems almost as soon as they get there and Ukraine wasn't supplied enough missiles to even accomplish that number of shot downs in a environment where Russia was using jamming and countermeasures. These are video game numbers that don't even reflect realty. No system could have not only 100% hit capability and a 100% kill ratio where nothing lemped home. The Ukrainians never shot down that A50U they couldn't even present proof from a system that not only catalogs what targets it tracks but also films the missile hitting the target like every that came from desert storm and beyond of damage assessment

@@chasemccall391 doesn't matter they haven't shot down 700 aircraft rather ever system is intact or not. . Modern systems normally fire 3 missiles per target meaning Ukraine fired 2100 missiles if they had a 100% shot down rate. Ukraine doesn't have that many missiles to pull that off.
