I really like how straightforward your workouts are. I confess I don't love the music, so I put on my own but it still works. I'm going to be 45 and am starting weight training and want to loose 15 pounds of stress and hormone weight -- I find it very hard for any workouts to hold my attention but yours are really solid. I am doing your work out since pandemic and its very effective.. 1 thing i like is u have different variety everyday which makes me feel excited.. its so effective that i dont need to go to gym.. home work out is more than enough.. thanks!
I started Brian's workouts march 2024 now i am free from sagging belly i am so great full .now i am building muscles and i can see i am getting there.also nutrition is important to achieve your goals. Another fantastic workout Brian - my obliques are feeling it. Where I felt pain with the weights overhead, I simply modified to wrist weights were challenging as well.
I tried this exercise and the walking one, oh men I sweat a lot makes me full refreshed not even let my sciatica in my left foot hurt. My only exercise is before going to bed and this for sure make me sleepy. ❤❤ love this exercise and the walking one
