47 is quite appropriate for this age group. Calculate your BMI if it's normal then no need to worry about weight. Just focus on healthy diet.
Intermittent fasting ne mujhay lenay k denay padwa deye so before starting any kind of diet keep one thing in your mind multivitamins are very important now i am facing lots of issues so I would suggest please find some good multivitamins if you can afford centrum adult or woman or Those who are reading this are boys centrum do have centrum man so go for that
after doing intermittent fasting always start day with fruits and socked nuts they help you alot bcz fruits never spike your gulocose level and both have vitamins and after 15/30 mints take your breakfast which is equal to lunch in this fasting (1roti[chapti]+sabzi +egg]you can inculde buttermilk with it ...and one more thing people follow all things as they written but may be taht are not suitable for everyone its not necessary to fast for exact 16 hours you can reduce it (like10/12 /14 hours fast )less is better then nothing 😊
