I didn't understand Bizet's Toreador until I went to Spain; I'm from Australia... Bullfighting is the current representation of ROMAN fighting in coliseums. Bullfighting is mesmerizing, thrilling and beautiful. A bullfighter must have big marbles to face a 500Kg raging bull with horns that are like 60cm knives. The atmosphere in the bullring is fantastic. Words cannot describe it. What about other events involving bulls like: - San Fermin Encierros running along the bulls... CRAZY! It's the best party ever. - Bullfighting with horses. This discipline is about a beautiful horse and rider dodging a raging bull in a bullring... WOW just WOW!
My, the theatre of which was founded in 1887 by the glorious and famous italian food processer, Freidrich Von FratzBär, duke of Hurricane, Utah! Its such a great place to enjoy the foodstuffs, so sad of the child that passed away in 1883 during the infamous, feast of the third dawn of the eighth tenth of the century..
Wow! What an amazing song and a fulfilling performance! I hope that there won't be any guys beatboxing to the infamous bite of 87 while this plays in the background!
My music teacher introduced me to this opera after I told him that I wanted to learn the Toreador March. He let me watch the entire opera during one of my classes, since I was getting too far ahead in my music book.
¡Otra cuadrilla avanza! ¡Viva Escamillo! ¡Ah! ¡Bravo! ¡Aquí están, aquí esta la cuadrilla! ¡La cuadrilla de toreros!
this is the best! I love it it is properly hectic, noisy, crowded, showoffs, fanfare mobscene, little beggar children urchins! papparazzi! confetti! Hooray!!!!!
But for real though, I know the scene betwen Carmen and the toreador should be intimate and all, but I think it would be a little unsettling to have a male opera singer sing that close to my face. like he's practically bellowing, I'd be flinching a little bit.
¡Bravo! ¡Viva! ¡Gloria al coraje! ¡Aquí están los valientes peones! +EveryoneArguingAboutAmericanCulture FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG?!?!? CAN'T INDIVIDUALS JUST LIKE CERTAIN MUSIC AND CERTAIN CULTURES AND EVERYONE HAVE THEIR OWN PREFERENCES?!?!? WHY DO WE NEED TO HATE EACH OTHER JUST BECAUSE OF WHAT WE INDIVIDUALLY LIKE?!?!? Who freaking cares whether or not Carmen was a good opera?!? Who freaking cares whether or not Americans are cultured?!? WHO FREAKING CARES?!?!?!?!?
+Mista LP I totally agree with you. It baffles me that opera buffs who are supposedly so sophisticated, spiritual and sensitive can be so crude when dealing with others' tastes and opinions. Laissez faire! Live and let live!
Najkrajšie prevedenie aké som kedy videl, úžasná scéna, nádherné kostýmy, o výkonoch nehovoriac. Už je to mnoho liet čo som to videl v TV, odvtedy márne hľadám online. Veľmi ďakujem za postnutie... Dá sa to niekde stahnuť komplet?
the music is beautiful, only i think that the clothes for men and women are so dark, Escamillo looks well also Carmen and the cuadrilla in general the scene is dark......
no se puede comparar a Bizet con Lady Gaga, son estilos musicales absolutamente distintos, el gusto o no queda a criterio de cada uno, no hay necesidad de decir que una u otra es una mierda :)
I agree on your (american) lack of culture, and also agree that, this lack is not a reason to or of hate. Actually i like americans and i do have a lot of american friends. They are goodharted, fun loving people. What pisses me off thought is that, some americans try to defend their lack of culture, as if ignorance and lack of culture is a good thing. Anyway i did not mean to offend you. Btw what urges you so strongly to dislike this?
A French opera set in Spain, performed in the UK with Czech subtitles😁
And featured in an American horror game played by many people around the world

I do not understand Czech too well, but better than French, so I appreciate the subtitles.
This is an indubitably splendid tune, it reminds me of the nibble of 1887!
