Be happy that they fit that good.
My daughter have two rabbits, which start to bite and kick as soon as they get in touch with each other.
If you want to be involved in your rabbits games, try to be part of their family.
Just sit down on their favourite playing ground and wait. If they come to you, don't scare them away with human things like taking them up.
Give some snacks to them and stroke them with little movements, like the do when they clean each other.
Try to behave as rabittish and calm as you can.

Rabbits are seriously the most underrated pets. You need to be knowledgeable and prepared when adopting but once you gain their trust it's such a special feeling. I love my rabbit and I always get so happy when I meet other rabbit owners because they truly understand the unique bond between a rabbit and their human/s!!!
I agree fully. My Gracie died two months ago- and her death has left me in such a bad spot. When you bond with a rabbit that's it. They're your everything. My bunny and I used to rub noses and hold hands and cuddle

Sophie S. I had an injured baby just dropped in my lap this past summer with no knowledge of what to do. His back leg didn't work and he could barely move. I nursed him back to health and he is really loving to me now. And boy can he move! He doesn't not allow me to put him on his back though but he'll lay around on his own with his stomach showing. He is a good little bunbun. :)

"exposing their belly" may sound a bit misleading, because if a bunny does a full flop it is possible that they accidentally roll on their back (this is definitely a sign of comfort or love), but forcing a rabbit onto their back DOES NOT indicate love. It shows how ignorant their owner is to put their bunny through such stress because they think it is "cute"
Putting a rabbit on their back is not harmful unless they are panicked or the handler doesn't flip them properly. In fact, you need to flip them over to do showmanship and to check for any issues on their underside. If the rabbit has been handled a lot, flipping a rabbit on their back is not at all harmful.
@@glitch4313 It's only harmful if the owner doesn't do it properly or while their rabbit is already panicked. I've been raising rabbits in 4H for the past 7 years. It is a requirement to be able to flip them on their back for showmanship so you can accurately detect issues with the rabbit. It is NOT harmful unless they aren't used to being handled.

Just got my bunny last Friday. Clearly used to human presence. He will, literally, sit on my keyboard until I give him attention, knowing full well I'm trying to work. And I can't say no to his adorable little face.
My little bun doesn't like to be touched but that's ok :) He's a cute amazing buddy and he loves to follow me around so close to my feet I have to be so careful lol! He's great company anyway and loves treats. I'm glad we provide a safe comfy home for him. He's always laying on the carpet with his long ass feet super stretched out :)

I got my 1st rabbit when I was 4 (I was 12 when he passed away and he showed all these signs, but sadly, he passed away a year ago. I didn't know what those signs meant back then but now I do and I'm in tears because I realized he loved me... He helped me go through so much.. thanks buddy ❤

I too had a little bunny CHERRY. I had him since the time he was 4 weeks old.. and damn he used to flop and sleep next to me all the time! I sometimes feel he was the most affectionate bunny in the world. He used to sleep wherever i was..if i was holding a pillow ,he'd come sleep there..all he wanted was my attention..all day long(except when he was sleeping). But due to some reasons I had to shift him temporarily to a friend's, where some dogs caught him and took him away. I never felt this much pain in my life...honestly. I cried for days..whenever i saw his pictures, or the spots where he used to poop n rest n jump. I miss him a lot. He was just 4 months old when he died..i had a lot of things planned for him. It'll take a lot of time for me to get over the fact that he's not with me anymore..he was not an animal for me..he was my child and i was his proud mom💔nobody really understands how deep our love was...

Can we talk about how rewarding and special it is when your bunny gets more comfortable with you and everyday they show more that they love/are comfortable with you? Because I’m going through that rn and I absolutely love my buns and love that she’s getting more and more comfortable with me.
The sleeping one made me laugh a little. My friend’s rabbit fell asleep while I was petting her and was so relaxed that she peed on me.

Licking also means that they think of you as one of their own because they're grooming you as they would another rabbit.

So it way the 20th of may and that was 2 days after my 9 month old rabbits buddy died. We never knew how or why. neither did the vets. So my dad gets home and he has a box.

I start to think he isnt the right rabbit for me.
im glad i didnt get rid of him because a few months later he changes.

I raised bunnies for 4H as a kid, and I remember many happy hours lying on the couch with my buns snuggling up next to me watching TV or playing video games. Once my husband and I move out to the country I fully plan on having them again. My life hasn't been complete without a bunny by my side for a long time.

I had a hang over one time and decided to try and sleep it off so I called out to my pet rabbit and said "Ok baby its nape time!" So I lay down and took an hour longish nap, when I woke up I saw my bunny snoozing on the floor next to me looking all cozy on her side, apparently she decided to take me up on my offer

My Bunny, Domino constantly lies on the floor next to me and gets between my feet when I am standing. He loves to be petted and nudges me when he wants attention.
I've been keeping rabbits since I was 12 and I've had one (Flopsy) who used to lick my hands and face and sleep beside me, Maddy would just sleep nearby but nudge my hand if she wanted attention. They're both gone now and I have Roger, who's fiercely independent, he enjoys being petted and sitting beside me while he nudges my hand so I can give him nose rubs but this all has to be on his terms. His favourite thing is to sit and 'guard' the bedroom from other pesky humans.

I’ve had my girl about two weeks now, and she’s started coming to me for attention often, purring during longer petting sessions. Today I saw her flop on her side, and even if she didn’t stay that way for long, it’s great to know she’s settling in.

That's not true unless the rabbit is panicked. I've been raising rabbits for 7 years now, and doing this has brought no harm to any of them. You just need to know how to properly flip them over. Also, you need to flip them over in order to do showmanship which helps you find any issues with them. Overall, just be careful with them and it's not at all harmful.

When we were collecting my rabbit from the vet one of the times we went in to see him and he was lying down all depressed with them, and then he heard mine and my mom's voice and suddenly springed to life and started doing circles in excitement and looking through the cage to see us it was honestly so magical the vets were impressed as they hadn't seen a rabbit react that way to their owners voice before. Bunny's are so sweet

My bunny loves me. When I turn off the lights, he hops up on my bed and sleeps right next to me in loaf position (always facing away from me) and sleeps the whole night. Then in the morning he crawls up on my stomach until I wake up. Then during the day time he follows me everywhere, when I study at my desk he puts his head under my foot and I pet him with my foot. When I come home he runs in circles around my foot. And he licks everything: my clothes, the bed, etc. Hes sitting next to me rn. Plus he loves ramen. Whenever I cook ramen, I leave the empty bag and he runs over and sticks his head in the bag (normally walks around with the bag on his head for a few sec..). I have had cats and dogs and honestly bunnies are just as good companions. But they take alot longer to trust you, and you have to research their behavior in order to understand. But it feels all the more special once you bond with them.
I’ve known my bunny since birth. She’s a year older than me and my mom taught me to pet her at a young age. She cuddles with me and hops to me when I’m home 💗

I always had dogs…fell in love with this European mini lop and really studied who his species were. WithIn 11 days of having him as a 3 month old baby, he lets me hand feed him carrots and Timothy hay. He goes on car rides with me and Sits on top of my right shoulder near my neck and just cuddles there while I drive. He was nervous going in to Panera bread for some entertainment and food however when I held him close to my chest and shoulders, he almost fell asleep and trusted he was safe. He has not licked me yet. That’s ok. But he has fallen asleep in my lap when we drive and the sun comes through the window and he does poop on my bed whenever he’s there bc he’s territorial. He is very good I love him already and I hope he trusts me as he grows

I just got my bunny today and she already loves me! She doesn’t come to me fully yet but I can tell she’s getting there. I think she trusts me cuz she’s always been around people, she was my sisters bunny but she gave her to me since she already has so many animals and she knows I love bunnies.
I like the film and content, my bun did not have a good start, she is 6 and a bit now, been with me for just over a year. I have had a nose bonk, a few licks, mainly in the evenings she likes to stretch out on sofa nearby. She is just lovely. Wise!

My bunny weaves in and out of my feet when I'm walking and she's feeling playful. She also makes this little oinking sound its so cute I love her
