Me and my husband are the same except I am the one that eats really fast. Growing up my mom would make us come to the table to eat but were weren't allowed to talk and she would make us eat fast so we wouldn't misbehave at the table. I got so use to it that I've done it my whole life, in my teen years at high school I would get picked on and they would ask me if I even tasted the food. When I had my children I made sure I didn't make them eat fast so they would enjoy thier food. Even now in my 40's I am always done before my husband and then I just get back to what I was doing while he is still eating, which kills me cuz when we go out to eat I am always done first and then I have to sit around waiting for him to finish. He has never commented on it ever but his family has and so I told them I have always ways been this way because of my mom. It doesn't seem to bother my husband at all but sometimes it still bothers me.

I had a couple of friends who bed shared, because there schedules were so different. She would sleep during certain hours then she would get up go to class then work. During those hours he would sleep….. usually they lived in a one bedroom with a tv room and kitchen, but one of them did this in a studio setting. This was in San Francisco where it wasn’t uncommon for someone to pay $975 in rent for a closet big enough to fit a single size mattress.
