This rating system is strange. In my mind 8.6 is a fantastic score but considering the sausage and sides I would think that this place falls short of that.
I’ve kinda got a problem here because Wayne will look at fries and say “they look great but they just aren’t seasoned” but yet show a piece of brisket without trying it and say “it’s seasoned to perfection. I feel like he has just jumped on to the cooking catch phrase of “seasoned” without knowing what it means
