I have one myself, and honestly, outside of the new Vader, Obi-Wan, and Luke sabers with the detachable blades of the new series, the Force FX Darksaber (whose blade is also detachable for hilt only display) is not only the best one on the market, it's also cheaper than most ones you'll get on high end custom saber sites. It's construction, detail, SFX, and lighting features are just as good, if not better than any other commercially avaliable Darksaber prop replica. Absolutely worth the money, and a must have for any Star Wars/Mando fan. Also, the blade itself is girthy, but has flex so that it's resistant to snapping. I can swing it around like a total idiot, and I hardly worry the things going to break.

I actually like how the Force FX Elite lights up. It's really smooth on activation.
RGB/baselit is showing its' age though, although it's fine to use for training and combat, because you really only need to replace the blade if/when it gets damaged.
Ha ha, I yeah the RGB is a couple years old and pretty freaking chunky! The thing could legit go to battle I think ha ha

The sound and the blade bend/wobble killed it for me. Upgraded for Neopixel

i would say the Artsaber one is the most accurate. i think that the whole sword is almost identical to the one in the mandalorian serie. Like the small white details on the sword and the way it glows. I would say it is the most underrated one.

force fx has the best sword shape. but the color of the Galaxy's edge is the most accurate. mix those with the artsabers sound and visual fx and you would have a perfect dark saber. If I had to pick 1 definitely the forcefx. but again only the Galaxys edge saber has the right color. tough choice.
I thnk the GE saber doesn't have nearly enough "dark". The FX Elite has the best color, to me, but it needs the crackle effects

Galaxy edge one is the worst imo. The edges are just way too thick it’s just a strip of black. I think the neopixel is very clearly the most accurate, is there something I’m not catching? It seems literally perfect besides that little red glow on “contact”

@@SpringTrapEatsPizza Agree! The toy sold out at Walmart when it arrived. I never found it at Target. Then more than a year later a rogue shipment of Darksabers arrived again at the local Walmart.
I immediately bought one and I freaking love it. I literally operate it every day just for the sheer fun of it! It's right up there with my saber from the Disney Store (before corporate closed them all).

Ok, so the neo pixel saber obviously takes the cake for me, but this is the first time i would say the galaxy's edge saber is a REALLY close second.

@@Tomastone Can't possibly be $600+. The most expensive saber is $550 inquisitors lightsaber on saberforge, and it's an exception because of the unique hilt design + it's the highest possible quality.
Quality lightsabers cost between $300-$400. I've seen Neopixel sold for $330 or £360.
Prices 1-5 would all be wrong, cheap sabers aren't that expensive.

Force FX is easily the best one. All it’s missing is the white lighting strands or whatever that is.

I feel like the FX saber works the best. The thin white edge really makes the black stand out similar to how it was first shown in clone wars.
My main is Galaxy's Edge, a.k.a. Legacy, probably because their sabers look good on camera.
