My client tonner washed out when I washed it. Her lift was barely 7 & 8. Some area red tones n very orangey ,Due to boxed dyes. I added 7.12-8.12 It tonnes beautifully but I washed it ,all washed out !Where I have gone wrong ? I called her back today correct it . Should I add natural in as well ?
