The people behind the anime adaptations of those VN's seemingly don't trust their success, so they pad it full of fanservice. "Majikoi Oh Samurai Girls" is a great example of a stellar VN turned into a trash anime.
grisaia no kajitsu had the steam version without sex, although there is underwear scenes at least once(i got the unrated version when i found out i couldn't patch it and stopped playing the steam version) so you might be able to show it to whoever guilt free (40$ so be prepared to wait for sale however)
