In a way, I felt you had more to give, but was overshadowed buy Garand. Now that you can spread your wings, I see you have real potential to make it big. Keep doing what you are doing and stay legit. I must say, as someone who has been chasing AR10 accuracy for a few years, building a rifle that will shoot consistently around 1 MOA with good ammo is no small feat, so kudos to PSA on that. Also, I agree 100% on their triggers. I bought one of the AR10 Sabre lowers last year, with that same trigger, and ended up swapping it out for an SSA-E because I was getting one or two doubles every range trip when I shot it from the bench. The PSA trigger isn't any lighter, but there doesn't seem to be as well defined of a wall with it, and so it is very easy to double up, at least for me. I'm surprised there was no footage of you bump-firing it. 😉
The comments I've heard about these rifles are that everything is great, EXCEPT the barrel. I've heard more than one person claim they replaced the barrel, and it was way more accurate afterward.
I’ve had a couple of their PA10’s. After learning a lot about how AR’s are supposed to run…I re-barreled both with quality barrels, nothing expensive, with awesome results
I would say that's true for all their AR10's except for this specific model, as someone else mentioned, it comes with a Faxon match barrel rather than an in house PSA branded barrel like the rest.

Been using PSA for a while. I've come to the conclusion they have growing pains/ issues, then they sort that out, then they grow some more, fix their issues and repeat the cycle. Love their stuff.
I’ve been thinking of picking one of these up. The price isn’t bad and the cost of switching out what I don’t like isn’t high enough to push me away from one. It’ll be the first AR10 pattern rifle in my collection so I’ve dropped the ball in that sense😅
Never heard anyone 💩 on the DuraMags before this video. I have more than 100 in different calibers for the AR-15 and at least 20 for 6.5C/308. No issues with any of them that weren't directly ammo related. Seems to be a solid rifle. A 24 to 40 power scope will shrink those groups considerably because you can hold a much finer point of aim. By 2.4 to 4 times finer point of aim. It's significant
I am with you 100% !!! I understand that there are some principles of "shooting in", cleaning the barrel and all that stuff, but I am actually not that sure this is what the average shoother really needs, nor wants. I know the industry wanna make shooters like myself sure my bore gets the correct treatment before, during and after shooting ;) BUT this is what I have discovered/what has been disclosed to me watching gun related content, and shooting my own Tikka hunting rifles, Armalite AR in the god given .223 Remington (or 5,56x45 if you are military), and a few more calibers like the Norwegian/Swedish 6,5x55 (forget about the 6,5 CReeeedD!!) It came 113 years late to the party, and did not meet the bar ;). Trust me, OK? TO the point: I see a lot of really good shooters talking about their shooting practice, and they say they must not end a shooting cycle by cleaning. They clean, and they shoot 5 rounds. And when I did a deep clean of the barrel with copper desolvings, I felt good, at the time, I was removing sooo much debris (read: stuff that was not supposed to be there).. But here is my take on thsi: I had to shoot 5-10 rounds to get the normal v0 of the barrel, and the precision I once had prior to a deep clean. What does that tell you? The barrel needs some copper fouling to perform well, dude. And another thing: I went to this shooter's cinema back in 2018. I brought my Tikka T3 Super Varmint SS .308 Win. Of course I took the suppressor off, because I was shooting 5 round on running hogs on a cinema screen every minute or so. I counted 100 rounds of 7,62x51 Nato rounds which went through that barrel in 45 minutes. Later I felt bad about it, I felt like I had abused the rifle (or barrel. It might be the case, but last summer, qualifying for big game hunting in Norway, this exact rifle placed a very tight group at 100 metres. The qualification was laying down without any support, so it was around a 3 inch group. BUT the shooting prior was done with a Harris bipod, using Nosler Accubond 150 gr, and the grouping was good. Look up the Olympic rings, and this grouping was tighter than the blue, yellow and black rings. Sooo, I am not that worried for now. I can not do a worse stress to this rifle than I already have done

My buddy has one of the standard gen 3 rifles in .308 and was having trouble getting it to group. However, once he found 168 grain federal gold metal match with the smk bullet it fires .75 MOA. I witnessed it and I was very impressed. And that was with a second focal plane fat reticle. I’m guessing with a sharper reticle, that it would probably tighten up even more.
I know I am going to get hate.. Sold my Seekins SP10 in .308 to fund a PSA M110 in 6.5 CM and could not be happier. Love my Seekins have several but after going back to the factory that SP10 still did not perform have spending hundreds in ammo and mags to get the right mix. The M110 in 6.5 shoots 100% and sub-moa with my handloads. Still love ya Glen and you would have to pry my Bravo and Hit Pro out of my cold dead hands.
Why the hate on B.A.D bolt release? I add the B.A.D enhanced 3 piece set to all my ARs, which includes the bolt release. They have been great and IMO look aesthetically better and feels better than all the others I looked at. I Also use there enhanced take down/pivot pin set and love them as well. Also the 3 prong flash hider with different length prongs has been a SilencerCo thing for years, nice to see others doing it as well.
I have a couple cases of turkush made .308. Yes it does suck. Esoecially as a lot if it loaded as hot as belt fed MG ammo. Not to mention prone to binding in tighter chambers like those on bolt action. But the face it's often rebranded in misleading boxes marking it as 'murikan' and or 'sniper' ammo is another issue. The two cases i have were basically the same loading from. The same factiory just put in different boxes for retail.

For a grand more you get a seekins. The benefit. Precision is in its name.
psa making all the cod nerds dreams come true.
But I really need your assessment of this rifle against range trash to fully form my own decision about it
good work micah keep it up
Great rifle and solid video!
editor doing a great job
Love how these guys always say “I wasn’t paid but they gave me a gun for free”. Getting something of value for free is a form of payment.
I thought it was a Faxon barrel?
The seekins group looked the same as the PSA. You need to try different ammo to really compare capability. I've shot better groups with a regular PSA rifle using the ammunition it likes. Also, how many rounds have you put through that seekins vs the PSA?
