If you hold it out while unscrewing the bolt it stays out, and you dont have to pull hard to get it out. its then just loose.
So hold the door handle out while unscrewing and everything it much smoother

Can you remove the driver side handle ? I’m having issue I hear no clicking and it won’t budge. I took the panel off and I see the locking mechanism but I don’t know if this mechanism needs fixing be disassembled

I have a 992 GT3 , how does one remove the door handle on the GT3 (its the flat one that moves out; typical 992 911)? any advice?

How about the rear tail lights? How does that get removed? We currently have one at my shop and are trying to figure it out

Two screws on the rear ducktail, remove them, then 6 torx bolts and then its obvious. Its very simple. Youll need to remove the plastic covers to remove the ducktail, then its super easy

In Ceramic Pro training for PPF we were told not to ever remove car parts- too much risk. Is it that important to remove these handles ?

100%, there's too much of a risk if you don't have much experience removing certain parts. Removing parts aren't that important to be honest. However, if you have the experience & know-how to remove door handles, headlights, etc; it makes the installation seamless. From our video, you can see that remove the door handles on the 992 isn't that hard, but of course take your time and be very careful.

How about the headlights. Sames as other 992 just more aero upfront?
