4:00 note, I personally switched to using felpro gasket paper (two layers thick), because the inner-tube rubber swells up in contact with gas.
I cut it a little wide to keep it from falling out.

Think you could do a demo build of your 4 stroke 50cc kit? That way you might figure out what the kit is missing and fix it. Then your customers won't have to spend hours on the line with dodgy customer support trying to explain that a 1ft fuel line won't reach a rear mounted engine from the included front mounted gas tank.

seals-all would be good for gluing the rubber disc in the gas cap since it's gas resistant

I've used a couple of dots of permatex before. Paying careful mind to only use just enough to hold it in, not to make a mess.

Tony can you tell me what size pedal crank assembly I can use on the felt faker frame , all I see for sale is the widen crank ? Is there a regular sealed crank set i can use ?

Tony , I realize this is a year old but it's new to me, it's September 29,2023 6:30 CST. Doing my first build, Valiant frame, beach bum tires 26x3.0,10 spoke mag wheels, getting my butt kicked. My biggest problem now is, I can't get the wheels true. Any help would be appreciated. Faithful watcher Mike
