IF you chose mm as your limits in the drawing in Autocad then it will be same as the your limits in ANSYS, as in ANSYS u got the option to chose your units separately even if you are importing the drawing from autocad format into ANSYS. My suggestion is to select the same units in both the softwares to ignore the complexity if happened due to unit's differentiation

For example, if you want to draw a square of 10 by 5 (of any length unit), than you need to feed the limits more than the maximum value of the drawing i.e. more than 10 and feed the limits in the tab which asks for upper right corner as your limits and 0,0 in the first tab in limits command which asks for the value of lower left corner.

Can I take angle as 130 between the second line and 3rd line(as the angle is between two lines right)for the Star diagram.
All angles are in the multiples of 30 degree. Therefore 130 is not correct.

Why didn't you draw only a fourth of the star and mirror it twice(for the star example)?
