The biggest change is the amount of people and the traffic. She sounds like my older sister. She had horses and was always was riding her horses around mostly around the farm areas on Windsor Is. Rd. She rode her horse in the Keizer parade back in the late 50s. I remember Labish Stables which was around where Target is now. - Our house got flooded in the 1964 flood, on Joan Dr. Mom and I left and stayed with family. And dad stayed with the house to protect it from vandals. We had a two story house, so dad stayed on the second story with our german shepherd and cat. They would bring him food by helicopter, and dad would go out on the garage roof, which was flat, to get it. After that we had to live in our driveway in a mobile home until the house got repaired.
