The king’s youngest son could have quietly slipped into the UK over the last 3 months, if he was serious about seeing his father he could have done it without publicity.
But he wouldn't do that because he needs to be seen wherever he goes. There's nothing private about him, and this is the one who complained non stop about the press always hounding him and giving him no privacy.
He needs Nutflix footage and a sob story to sell.
Where would the $$$$ be in that?

To be fair, there is very little coverage ordinarily for garden parties. This get a mention because he has been Ill. Or the guests who were there.
My daughter was at a garden party in Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh. She had a lovely time with her friends. The food was delicious too. It’s a great honour to be asked to attend and when the invitation arrived from Buckingham Palace, the whole family were thrilled, even the ones who aren’t royal fans.
That was the Grifter’s plan.

H was offered a royal residence to stay at for his Invictus celebration..he refused it and bad mouthed his family while talking at the Invictus panel discussion.Ungrateful brat..They should not even offer him a place to stay after his constant attacks against his family and the monarchy.Charles continues put his head in the sand and not hold H accountable for anything and offers the olive branch.Ignoring this attention seeker is not working Charles, H is getting worse..be a stronger king before there is no monarchy left for William…the Queen would have done so.

No meeting with king charles for H . The king is busy and H can stay in a hotel . The King is doing his best under very difficult circumstances and Queen Camilla is supporting him Admirably. Its actually been over for the harkles since the day the late Queen went to heaven . They just didn't realise it until now . H has less than ZERO chance of EVER being a working Royal Again. A line has been irrevocably crossed. The harkles and their drama need to stay away .

A young boy had to get his legs amputated because of the abuse he endured from a parent. Who knows what else the poor little boy lived through and is still smiling. And the complete opposite end of the scale is a spoilt man child 'prince' who throws tantrums when he isn't given what he wants. I don't believe there was a Birthday party at Frogmore Cottage,the black and white garden furniture was seen in Canada when she lived there when she had the BIG STARRY ROLL in suits 😂😂 what did they do send it from Canada to California and then to Frogmore Cottage 😂😂😂. Evening Sue lovely to see King Charles and Queen Camilla enjoying themselves at the garden party I loved his blue waist coat very stylish. Sophie always looks stylish as does the Duchess of Gloucester. 🐨🇦🇺🦘
I for one for yrs wasn’t a lover of Charles with all the younger Diana, but I will say Charles and Camilla do show as not only caring for each other, but also care for their country and commonwealth!

Harry had more important fish to fry like the Superficial Invictus games at St Paul's Cathedral. Where non of the real veterans took part, even without his wife he still made it all about him again. So he didn't have time to go to the garden party why? because he wasnt invited.
Harry should be shown to be aware of the dire state of his Dad's health. I'm in remission from Cancer, and my younger son decided to cut me out of his life during the time I was desperately ill. The stress of his cruel actions definitely slowed down my recovery...and admittedly my willingness to survive. I send so much love to our dearesr King. The invitations for the Garden Parties are sent out many months in advance. I know as my mum was invited to one and the invitation arrived before Christmas for June the following year.
Didnt the Royal ladies look beautiful I especially liked the outfut Princess Anne wore What Sophie wore on her head is not what I would call a fascinator I'd call it a hat To me they are for people who dont like wearing hats and are usually something like nets and flowers on a hair band I dislike pink but changed my mind when I saw Sophie 🙂xx

The garden party logistics are impressive and run like clockwork. The planning is also impressive and starts a very long time ahead so dates can't be changed .

Love the way the Queen walks just that little bit behind the King. Princess Catherine does the same while walking with Prince William. That is something that is protocol!. Unlike the triggers you always know who will be in front.

My grandfather attended a garden party given by Queen Mary at Hollyrood & had a commemoration gift. Unfortunately, a "Harry" brother - now long distanced- gave it away. So gone from the family.

I’ve been to one of the royal garden parties at Holyrood. It was a wonderful experience and the Queen was so lovely. She stood in the middle of a circle of people and engaged and smiled at us all. The afternoon tea was scrumptious 😋 I’ll never forget it.

Our king took the lime light off Harry, good for the king it's about time the royal took back from the sussexes, we must look at all the pap walks or stunts the sussexes pulled when any announcements was made by our royals, so good for the king and well done to prince William in his new role.

As much as H said he wanted to see his father, he had more demands before attending. Finally he was told not to attend.
My father in law and mother in law attended one of the garden party's at Buckingham Palace, in the seventys, with our local mayor, the funny thing my mother in law sat down, the chair collapsed and she showed her M and S undies, we smiled over this many times, they both are not here any longer but it makes me smile remembering.

I love the garden parties and wish we wore hats more often and for events such as weddings, outdoor parties, tea, etc . . .
Remember MM saying she was bored and having to be removed from the garden party just days after the "spectacle" and it is full of hundreds of interesting people.
It was nice seeing KCIII and the Queen looking so fine.

Headache failed to give adequate notice that he would definitely attend the Invictus Anniversary service. He was told that notice was required for security etc. He has probably also been informed that Camilla or others would also be oresent at any visit which H no doubt does not want. He therefore was not snubbed he obviously did not want to meet with his father under the conditions set out as he would not be able to spin the conversation.
Just a thought, you know the photo h&m took from inside Buckingham Palace, when they were leaving. I just thought they left out though the Backdoor into the garden. 😂 only door that is in a bowed wall at the Palace.
If Henry wanted to see his father, he should have done so before his "business trip" and without telling anyone. After all, in my opinion, Henry goes to the UK each year on Archies birthday, which to me seems to tell that Archie is really in the UK with his real mom! I know conspiracy, but it would make sense. Hi Sue, because the crown of Sophie's head was covered she was wearing a hat not a fascinator, I was not too sure what the bunching at her waist in the pink dress was, any idea? I agree that Birgitte HRH The Duchess of Gloucester chose a beautiful blue hat which on her looked fabulous. I am so glad their Majesties reached out to Tony, he is a very special little boy, he must have been desolate that the traffic stopped him and his parents (adopted but very loving) arriving in time to attend the Garden Party, it shows just how caring King Charles and Queen Camilla are.

Sue, you can wear a hat or fascinator if you want to. I live in Georgia (USA) and fell in love with the hats and decided I too wanted to wear them. I wear to church, weddings and funerals, but you never wear one after 5pm. I buy them from hat shops I found on line. Etsy is a good place to get them at a reasonable price. Go for it.

If we are at Royal Ascot week, (horse racing), the dress code is morning suit with top hat for gentlemen, smart dress or suit for ladies, and the hat must have a base larger than 4". This is for the Royal Enclosure. We are Members. Hats are not removed at 5pm, they stay on until you leave.
