For this being animated by (Most likely) one person, it's surprisingly smooth and articulated. There's a few jumps in motions or in things being held weird, but that's a tiny aspect. Around the 0:54 mark is where you can see the smooth animation the best with Sora doing a combo of attacks. That part was so cool and props to the animator for taking the time and dedication to drawing all of this. Keep it up! This is really good stuff. Also, I'm not an anime/animation buff, I just know a few things to look for in animation and such. Plus this is mostly opinion.
How had this only now just popped up on my reccomended. This is amazing you are so talented and creative not only is your animation great but I loved how you coordinates the scenes and transitioned between them amazing job👍
I actually thought about it this morning,and how I would hate them making 358/2 a separate movie or retcon it completely and telling my sister that there is more to that character Rock sack she saw(my thought process of 40 seconds this morning)
Not sure how much improved but if I had any advice it would be make things more fluid. So far a ton of pauses happen that look like it is a bunch of fluid scenes cop and pasted together after being done separate instead of one full thing. So make it more fluid and if it's like I said how its a bunch of different projects put together then work on syncing. Good luck in your future projects.
How about one anime series for each Kingdom hearts game? It would be the anime of the millennium. A hybrid of the drama, action, and romance of anime combined with the humor, morality, and magic of Disney.

I use Tvpaint, toonboom harmony, clip studio paint, 3DS max, photoshop and after effect ! j'ai passer 3 mois dessus lors de mes pauses ! hum ... I am not too fan of collab because I like being able to realize from end to end a project. but I would like to see your animation when it comes out "sora vs xemnas!"
This deserves way more views with all the effort that was point into it.
