If it weren't for EA - yet again buying exclusivity, and taking away the better sports developers - 2k sports, imagine a college sports gaming running on a modified nfl2k5 engine, combiined with the excellent annoucing and presentation that 2k sports had a decade ago, and that EA still can't match.
I know man, it is a f'n shame...glad we at least got this one for the DC
I still have my dreamcast hooked up to my tv:) I have a playstation 2 controller adapter, and can use a wireless ps2 controller with it. I also have a HD vga cable:)
So do I except Im stuck with old school S-video :/ Have to get a VGA someday, but nulldc comes in handy for now
Vga is better and the vga cable i bought was relatively cheap, it works just like a vga box.

As great as this looks, playing it in widescreen on Null DC destroys the actual achievements this game had. Forcing widescreen in this game causes bad pop up that the Dreamcast version didn’t have. Basically, the Dreamcast used display list culling, which would only load the polygons it needed to fill a 4:3 aspect ratio for many games. Widescreen in Null DC on this game basically shows what’s not normally rendered to a 4:3 aspect ratio Dreamcast screen, and as a result, the sideline pop up here would never be seen. This can also be fixed by playing this in Null DC on the default 4:3 mode. There were some rare Dreamcast games which actually had true Widescreen, such as Ferrari F355 Challenge.
Secondly, the glitches in the clouds and some of the missing shadow effects are all Null DC issues. These aren’t a problem on a Dreamcast or DeMull, which is a more accurate Dreamcast emulator. That being said, any video that shows the Dreamcast in a good light is nice to see because many people forget just how good Dreamcast graphics actually were, so thank you for putting this up.

You missed out on one day f the best football games of all time. Late hits...lost helmets. It was better than anything today.
Many sports games from 20 years ago were better than what they have today. I'm not even using rose colored glasses. I can't sit there today like I could then. Back then they really hooked me and I invested in them. I think that uncanny valley stuff is true. Past a certain point, it's no longer a game.

This game on Dreamcast with vga output to a crt monitor humming is the best way to play.

WS literally just having this argument that’s how I ended up here. The EA college football destroyed this game. Same for Madden nobody chose 2k over EA
